1. Explain it in your cover letter
2. Provide your pay stubs (as much as possible for last 12 months)
3. Provide statement of your salary account as a proof of salary
4. Last yrs Tax certificate provided by the company or your last tax return
5. Your employment contract, will also have your starting salary in the organization. Attach it as well, even if your salary has increased
6. You also need to include an affidavit that the company does not provide it but your salary is XXXX and as a proof above mentioned docs are attached.

My Employer doesn't disclose employees salary in any form. They have refused to include it in reference letter.

What shall i do now?

You are only discussing NOC Code here (in my case all 12b have same NOC - so that's not an issue). I am discussing about Occupation Titles in 12a and 12b.
As per CIC, 12a Occupation Title should be from 12b Occupations Titles but you said 12b Occupations Titles can be "the NOC tittle itself or any other alternative tittle as given in the NOC table".

This is confusing point. Please input your thoughts. Thanks.

With my reference letter, I am working from India. My supervisor works from London. I am getting my reference letter from my supervisor.

Questions:
Since my Supervisor is in London and reference letter will be based on London Office, will CIC be looking for reference from place where I am working.

12a) NOC = 2171 and Nominated Occupation = Business Analyst (latest)--U can choose from any of other two also


12b) NOC = 2171 and Nominated Occupation = Business Analyst (latest)
12b) NOC = 2171 and Nominated Occupation = Quality Assurance Lead
12b) NOC = 2171 and Nominated Occupation = QA Engineer

1) Will VO evaluate ALL my 3 occupations stated in 12b against 12a occupation (Business Analyst") OR only the first occupation of 12b where title is matching with 12a?

2) Is it mandatory for occupation titles to exactly match one of the sample titles provided by CIC or little difference can be fine? In my case, for example, my latest title is 'Business Analyst' while sample list says "IT Business Analyst". Similarly, earlier my title was "Quality Assurance Lead" while sample list having "Quality Assurance Analyst" . Will it be a problem? Any workaround to handle this and inform to VO?

All your Job descriptions in q12b falls under 2171....definitely,you Job descriptions in q12b will easily match with your intended NOC of same 2171 in q12a.
Worry less about your tittle....it is your Job descriptions that matters.
My NOC tittle is Geoscientist but my tittle at work is Geophysicist......all through my application,i never made mention of Geoscientist but the NOC of 2113 is the same.My Job descriptions as a Geophysicist was used to evaluate Geoscientist (2113) descriptions and it was fine.
Job tittle doesnt really matter....safe yourself the worries.

Try again with him. also you can attach a copy of your salary slip or copy of bank statement if your salary is being transferred to your account from your employer

Hello all,

this is on behalf of my friends, my friend has MBBS from india and has around 4 years experience in General practice as a duty doctor.


I will tell what he has:
Credentials verified by ECFMG
IELTS (Overall 7)
Age 29

So what are first steps to start the process it would be good to have a detailed explanation on the same, i would be thankful if somebody who is applying for the same NOC could assist or anybody who has idea about the same or applied already or previously.

Hey Atharabbas can you have a look at the roles and responsibilities mentioned by me and provide you through whether i should go for 2171 or 2173.
In your Business Analyst and IT business wont make much difference so i think u are good to apply for 2171 and many people said the designation does not make much difference what makes difference is experience letter from company with business cards of ur supervisors attached to the same.
