Thanks a lot for this reply sir but for the Engg. degree do i need to collect transcript from university or just notarizing the marksheets will be enough for this ?

Since someone has informed me to get transcript in sealed envelope and forward to the WES for evaluation ?

WES evaluation is required only for getting marks. As you got MBA from Canada and for completing the Master's degree, you will get 23 points; you can do WES evaluation for your Engg Degree but it will not give you any additional points. Still if you want to assess Engg Degree, your transcript must be stamped and verified by theController of Examination. Can anyone tell me on what basis a file goes in cap first, like a 15 files reached CIC via mail at a time on a day, so how would they decide which goes in first and other second, would they check points over here or like first comes first will be in.

Assets: House Property + Gold + Car + Settlement funds
Liabilities: All loans + mortgages you have as on date
Settlement funds: Fixed deposits, mutual funds, shares, government bonds, bank balance (all stuff liquidable within 7 days)

Thanks! Since, I'm not showing any property/car & doesn't have any loan either. So, I suppose my assets & settlement funds would be the same with zero liability.

Settlement fund amount is only acceptable against Principal Applicant or spouse or jointly them. So you don't need to have joint account. Individual account will serve the purpose.

"CITIZENSHIP & IMMI FSW" shows on my CC with $550 CAD transaction. but hangon its not true.. I too would believe when I see the real movement.. Even I posted about rajaram's creditibility when he posted about calling CIC through his friend a few days ago.. Congratulations if this is true. Otherwise, Lets see. tomorrow how it hoes..

My wife is principle applicant.she has 2 years expr noc 2174.she left the job feb 2014 as she is pregnant.
I have 2.9 years exp.noc 3131.i left job on feb 2014.
If we right unemployed in current occupation in generic form .
Does this have any impact on file.
Is der any option ?

No, it will not have any impact. Your wife will be eligible if she got at least one year of continuous experience in any of the 50 eligible occupations in the last 10 years.

Time will be same for all NOCs at CIO Sydney as they will process sequentially.. As far as I think..

Does it matter to NOC under which you apply ? Or waiting time is equal for all NOC ?
My file reached on 9th May, any idea by when will it be charged.

Hello everyone,

I have one question related to WES.
While i was filling the online application, i was asked in Education tab regarding Institution Type,
I am not sure what to fill from drop down box?

There are four choices:

1) Higher Education
2) Health Professional
3) State Board of Technical Education
4) Secondary Education

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering from one of the reputed university in Gujarat, India.
So, it could be either 1 or 3. But, i am not sure.
Any input will be greatly appreciated.

My application reached Sydney on 2nd May but still as on 23rd May i Haven't received any acknowledgement from the other side .
I am bit afraid that whether I was on time, also I am unable to view any numbers(total files received) on the site as compared to last year where we use to see like on this date this many file we have received etc.

Can anyone please help in calrification of the above.
