1. You NOC is not that hot. If you can send by June, you will be in the CAP - that is my prediction but try to send ASAP.

2. If you have done your MBA from Canada, you don't need to assess your degree with any ECA for degree equivalency.

3. Yes, make copies and notarize (optional but I recommend) starting from class 10 of all your marksheet/transcripts and certificates.

You can scan your documents for preserving the records in soft copy only. You need to courier hard copies of all your documents and forms to CIO, Sydney.

Thanks a lot for this reply sir but for the Engg. degree do i need to collect transcript from university or just notarizing the marksheets will be enough for this ?

Since someone has informed me to get transcript in sealed envelope and forward to the WES for evaluation ?

Does it matter to NOC under which you apply ? Or waiting time is equal for all NOC ?
My file reached on 9th May, any idea by when will it be charged.

For WES and CIC, do I need to get official transcripts from the college and then get it attested from university, or can I submit my marksheet copies that I have at the time of passing and get it attested from the university

all applcations are processed on FCFS basis. since most ppl who applied on 1st may are from IT NOCs thats why we see only IT applications got CC charged.

Guys, are liquid funds supposed to be "assets" or only the things like property etc.? I mean should I fill my funds (bank account & fixed deposit) in assets or settlement funds or both? I'm not showing anything other than these funds.

This is serious matter... last year we have had a couple of a$$ h ole $ who made such noises on the forum .. someone claiming getting PER even after cap reached for NOC ...they just disappear (certainly Not to Canada !) after few pages dedicated to them on thread

I would like to wait for some active users on thread for their CC charged (early birds like amanuppal etc).. before really giving bs to all these !

No offense to anybody. I think this guy rajaram is just posting fake updates. Previously, he said his friend's friend went to CIC and got informed that CIC would start processing cases from 22nd onwards and later said his friend rather called CIC over phone and got confirmation. There is no way a person at CIC front desk or customer care representative would ever disclose (they wont themselves know when CIC would start processing or charging for 2014 cases).
I am however sure this guy submitted DD and not CC and thus, spreading rumors so that if others get their CC charged, he would know so he gets to know sooner so as to satisfy his curiosity for his DD processing.

There is no rajaram-friend ID and there is none of his friend's friend who is visiting or calling CIC. Who knows this guy Ahmed77 who claims his CC got charged is rajaram himself and in reality CIC has not even charged anybody.

I take full responsibility of what I have written here and yet do not intend to offend anybody. I would apologize if my message here proves false ( as I would be happier if CIC started charging already) but I'm almost sure it is not. If a fellow does not like my message here, I am humbly willing to accept criticism and yet be courteous. Good luck to all!

Whatever alarm anybody raised either genuine or based on falsehood is nobody's problem. Everybody is entitled to air his/her view.

Liabilities: All loans + mortgages you have as on date
Settlement funds: Fixed deposits, mutual funds, shares, government bonds, bank balance (all stuff liquidable within 7 days)

My wife is principle applicant.she has 2 years expr noc 2174.she left the job feb 2014 as she is pregnant.
I have 2.9 years exp.noc 3131.i left job on feb 2014.
If we right unemployed in current occupation in generic form .
Does this have any impact on file.
Is der any option ?
