Thanks Shah sb, there is indeed a very pathetic issue that I just got confirmation from AEO that they do not issue duplicate IELTS test result, instead they can send them to the CIO (which CIO clearly mentioned that don't do that) now the question is, what should be done then ? it is ridiculous that IELTS cannot be verified online and CIO needs original copy only.
Can mail them the same package again with everything but photocopy of IELTS, providing a letter of explanation that my original IELTS is already with another application or any other workaround, please guide.
Thanks
Ask AEO if they can send send your application on your behalf.
if yes, tell them to insert it and send it to CIC on your behalf....I did it with British council when they decline.

Please read point 9 in the document checklist...you can provide a copy of the IELTS if you lost one with your application in FSW2013!

Thanks buddy,
you make me feel good, let me see this.

Cheers

I applied under 1112, my application will be delivered tomorrow. Do you think i will make it under the cap of 1000??? :o :o

To quote from the document checklist:

"Applicants are permitted to submit a copy of their language test results with a new application only if the original test results were submitted with a previous Federal Skilled Worker application on or after June 26, 2010...."
YOU FORGOT TO FINISH THE QUOTE.....

"AND WERE NOT RETURNED TO THE APPLICANT.ALL COPIES OF THE LANGUAGE TESTS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY THE PHOTOCOPY OF THE REFUSAL LETTER FROM CIC AND AN EXPLANATION THAT CIC RETAINED AND CURRENTLY HOLDS THE ORIGINAL"

Thanks kollins,
you are a Star, but I am not sure if AEO is able to do it, I have to visit them and see this.
Thanks again for such a quick and helpful suggestion, hugely indebted . Cheers

Thank kollins and CanDoit,

Thanks again. Cheer

Hi all,

On my birth certificate, my Mother name spell has gone wrong (a extra 'A' letter is typed) when compared to name in passport and other mark sheets.

Will this Birth Certificate work, with wrong spell of my mother. Do, I need to do any affidavit on spelling.
Please suggest.
