Hi i am a litle concerned... Ii have submited my daughter who is 2 year old birth certificate as leter of Indian high comision in saudi arab...is my application going to be rejected? And what to do now?

There have been instances whereby the cic rejected embassy issued birth certificates but the point to be noted is that it was usually the primary applicants BC that got rejected. I don't remember coming across any post where the spouse or for that matter a dependent child's embassy issued birth certificate was rejected. I may be wrong but that is my observation. Besides even logically, birth certificate is the document for proof of age, which would be of importance in case of the primary applicant. As long as the embassy issued certificate has both the parents name, I do not think they would be so concerned for a toddlers proof of age and rejecting an entire application for that reason! Again its just my personal point of view. Let us wait and see. Just pray if its out of your hands now. Good luck.

I am going to apply in Marketing 1123 stream.

Couple of questions -

1. Is it late now to apply in this category since i am starting from scratch

2. I recently completed my M.B.A degree from Canadian York University, do i need to send that to WES for evaluation, if yes i can not find CANADA IN country section ? What should i do in this scenario ?

3. Starting from 10th, should i xerox, notatize, scan and submit the documents.

Should i submit semester marksheets or just the degree scan is enough for B.Tech degree.

Please confirm.

As you all said, finally my ECA status has changed and received an email stating that expected completion date of evaluation is 28th May.

I verified spreadsheet for 2173, it shows 42 entries till now, in that case can we assume that at least 250-300 (5 to 6 times) applications are submitted in 2173 and still there is a hope to be in cap. My application may reach by end of first week of June.

Do not worry. By 1st week of June it may be 400 only and you will still have 100 to fill in.

Please help in the query of birth certificate. I went through the forum and I have some idea, request for futher clarification.

Myself and wife does't have marriage certificate.

1) I have 10th certificate and in that, they have mentioned my name, dob and parents name. so I think, if I get a photo copy of that and get it notrized that is enough for me - Or do I need an affidivat on top of that ? Pls advise

2) For my wife, the required 3 details are not there in the school certificates. So I believe an affidivat needs to be taken. So what needs to be mention in that ? Do you know if she approach a notry they will have the format ? Pls advise on the affidivat at the earlist.

Is this needed? If he has done his MBA from Canada, he just has to produce the latest degree certificate and transcript. Does he still need to send copies of marksheets from 10th onwards?
