I believe Birth certificate is one of the mandatory documents required in the Identity and Civil Status documents.

Hello Seniors,

My current Title in Company is "Senior Associate QA".

Do I need to mention matching titles as in hrsdc for NOC - 2171, in my reference letter.
With my previous company my Title was "Senior Consultant".

I am confused here, I am going with 2171 category as my responsibilities align with this. But by title in employment letter do not match exactly as it is stated in HR.
Please suggest how my reference letter should look.

You can include degree and mark-sheets as long as it is in English language.
If not, get it translated and notarized it.

You have right version, space is actually limited. Use annexure to provide your details of ur duties, and write on the form "refer to annexure # xyz). Dont forget to follow requirements for anexures (Name, form name, question # etc etc)

Hi Guys!
Can you please advise on the following?
My official work records show that I was employed around 360 days on eligible occupation. It was a full time job (36 hours per week). Can I count it as a continuous 1 year employment? CIC considers full time employment as 30 hours per week, so you have to have at least 1560 hours. In my case I will have hours well above this number.
I am preparing application, but this makes me crazy. what if they reject my application immediately?
Please, advise. Thank you.

I read somewhere CIC convert the work experience into months like below:
1 year = 12 to 23 months
2-3 years = 24 to 47 months
4-5 years = 48 months to 71 months
6 years + = 72 months +

1. So in this case, your one falls into 12 months and cannot be said as 11 months. And if you observe the question 12 b) of Schedule 3, the format is year and month. So you select the box "1 year but less then 2 year".

2. And CIC gives some discretionary power to all the officers who process paper; in case the officer thought that your one is not full 12 month and you are 5-day short of experience, I believe, he/she will most likely use his/her discretionary power.

Original ECA report is required to send for getting points on education.

To prove your education, you need to send copies (if possible, get it notarized) of transcripts/marksheets and certificate starting from class 10.

Is your employees provident fund liquid or easily liquifiable? Most provident funds I know of have restrictions on withdrawal. Settlement funds must be liquid and unencumbered. If there are restrictions you can only use the provident fund to the extent that you could withdraw it immediately if you wanted to--and you must provide evidence of that.

You CANNOT borrow settlement funds. Attempting to represent borrowed funds as your own is fraud and is grounds for rejection of your application and exclusion from Canada for 2 years or more. There is always a chance that the local VO will ask for prior bank statements which will show that you suddenly transferred that money into your account. Are you willing to risk it? Just be honest.

You can contact where you got the bangla certificate. Now they can provide English Marriage Certificate also.

My title is sr. Software engineer but my roles match with 2172...is it good to apply with 2172 or should I need to apply with 2173 noc...also I have 5+ yes of exp as software engg and 1 + years as lecturer lecturing to bachelors students...will I get 15 points from experience? I have my masters done but fearing that it would add more time to Acredaite I have just made use of bachelors...I will get 22 points from ielts..do u see me good to apply as 2172noc

you need the Educational Credential Assessment done only for your bachelors degree.
