your name, your DoB, and your father name is sufficient to be approved as Birth Certificate.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am to take IELTS next month (21-Jun) until then I cannot submit my application yet plus education needs to be assessed and might take time. Hopefully I can submit all requirements before end of July. Keeping fingers crossed.

Noticed that you are able to submit your application very fast. How did you do it?

I burned my finger (you can say, heart) last year when my file was returned due to cap. So, all the required docs were ready.

For IELTS, you can explore IDP where you may be able to book earlier day and probably get the result early by one week.

No preference...Any city is okay for you to choose even though later on,you can settle elsewhere.

Software Engineer cant be only developers Bro...But yes ur JD as per you have written are 40% Analyst 60% Software Engg...I will Suggest to check JD for Both roles in Some Canadian jobs website ..Its my personal Opinion ..I have done for mine ...As my roles were fitting into three NOCS

Go with ICICI Bank in India.. They will provide a DD with no validity date mentioned on DD. However it will be valid for 6 months.

Can someone please tell me how to go for a demand draft that is valid for six months.
Also, should the need arise how DD can be canceled ( considering I do not get my application package back, but CIC returns tht)

You are expected only to send(by courier) your photocopies degree/diploma certificates to WES....academic request form is not needed for this.
Your academic institution is to send your transcripts(or/and marksheets) to WES including the academic transcripts form because the officer that release it from your school has a portion to fill and sign off.

* I have completed BTech in 2004. So I have all my mark lists and Degree certificate is with me. Now I have to get my Mark Lists attested by Controller of examination or Registrar and put them in a University sealed envelope.
* Attach Degree Certificate and WES payment proof(Optional) along with the mark list envelope
* Send both the documents mentioned above with WES reference number to WES
* No academic transcript request form is required in this case

Apologies for this lengthy text. Please suggest.

I need your inputs and information to sort on which NOC category, I would be failing under. Requesting you to please take some time to understand my request and provided your feedback.

Firstly, I am a IT professional and hence I would need to decide on category - 2171 or 2174.
I am eliminating 2173 - as I am no architect or designer in programming. Also, I am eliminating 2172 - as I am no Data Base Administrator.

Looking at my roles and designation in past 8 years,

I firstly started as
a. Software Engineer - doing programming on Java, including requirement gathering, designing and implementing for bespoke applications.
then promoted to..

b. Technical Lead - Leading programmers team to implement Java programs for same above.
Later my designation changed to "Consultant"

c. Consultant - Here I started working on one of market product(Energy Risk Management product), doing majorly Testing involving gathering requirements on data setup, doing configurations, writing scripts, setting up process and designing execution flow logically and based on business.
Working on same market product, got promoted to..

d. Senior Consultant - doing same roles as above in addition to getting involved in leading Consultants team, reporting and managing task and as well involved in RFP's throwing information on Market product.

This was my state in previous company and left with "Senior Consultant" designation.

Joined another company with designation "Senior Associate QA"

Here I am involved in doing testing Functional, Regression and Integration testing for same Market product surrounded by few other market products and bespoke applications. I am leading teams and generating status reports.

At granularity, I do data configurations on product, write SQL to carry out current state analysis of product (good at SQL), writing analysis document, data flow diagrams on state, doing deep dive analysis to identify bottlenecks, design QA catalog having scenario and scripts, setting up QA framework, managing environments to deploy and test, setting up users and authorization, so on..
Apart from above, for test purpose, I still write code and scripting language to create automated tools...I do create analysis and design documents to implement automated test in product.

Given my current role and designation which I am doing since 2 years, which my offer letter states as "Senior Associate QA" I am not able to decide on whether I fall in 2171 or 2174.

I am yet to write my Reference letters which would include as I stated above, but I do not want to pick wrong category and while VO reviews my reference letter, I am afraid whether I had picked correct category on what I do.

Please help me with this.

The main features of settlement fund is that 1.it can be liquidated within very short time of period (at most 7 days) and 2. it got to be unencumbered.

1. PPF account: Just see in the wikipedia and there is restriction on withdrawing money. You can claim as settlement fund upto the amount you can withdraw now.

Withdrawals from PPF account

There is a lock-in period of 15 years and the money can be withdrawn in whole after its maturity period. However, pre-mature withdrawals can be made from the end of the sixth financial year from when the PPF commenced. The maximum amount that can be withdrawn pre-maturely is equal to 50% of the amount that stood in the account at the end of 4th year preceding the year in which the amount is withdrawn or the end of the preceding year whichever is lower.

After 15 years of maturity, full PPF amount can be withdrawn and all is tax free, including the interest amount as well. The PPF is a great wealth building tool for risk-averse investors and should be opened and continued till maturity by one and all.

2. You can show your wife settlement fund provided that they are liquid and unencumbered.

3. Joint account except with spouse is thought to be legally encumbered.

4. Mutual fund is liquid assets so can be used as settlement fund.
