If you lived in Qatar 6 months or more since you turned 18, then yes. Please read the general guidelines in the second link.

PCC is required for the countries where you lived 6 months or more (in total single/ multiple visits) since you turned 18. However, CIC has specific requirement for each country please check http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/information/security/police-cert/index.asp...

I can't see the submitted forms. When I click "view My Application" it directly takes me to the documents submission page. Is anybody having the same problem?

Did you guys submit credit card statements with PoF? I have only e statements and bank doesn't issue any certificate for credit card? Can I attach the e statement of latest month?

What is the practice for writing Personal history and address? Should I write the exact 10 years past (29/11/2006) from today or the date when the activity/ address actually started such as for activity 01/01/2004 and for address 05/07/1985.

Thanks. I collected the One and The Same Person Affidavit. Should I attach the Birth Certificate (contains the same abbreviated name as passport and all other documents) with LoE as well?
