i tried calling on 6139444000 and followed IVR instructions, when selecting the option to connect to an agent, the IVR said this option is not available for you.. (may be because am calling from outside of CANADA)

Last night, my BG got changed to "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information" from "Your application is in progress. The next step is to conduct a background check."

What does this suppose to mean?
My R10 and 11.2 checks are completed?
My file has been transferred to LVO?
