Yes, you need to send your education documents to CIC, along with ECA(WES).

Although, wife documents not neccessary, but i still sent to be on a safe side.

In WES site says, Apply for a credential evaluation and obtain a reference number before you have your documents sent to WES. Without an application on file, WES cannot process your documents. What does it means ?

This means, you need to fill the WES Application online and then pay the fee. Once fee is paid, you will get a reference number and you need to mention this number on you package and inside the package as well while sending the documents to WES.

I applied to Nova Scotia Programe. At that time i took reference letter from my seniour which is dated of 29-Mar-14. Shall i use the same letter for FSWP programe or need to be latest date??

It will not be an issue.
Once you renew it and after you must receive your PERS mail and your application passed to your local V.O,you can update your details as much as possible.
Provided your PPF is Unecumbered....maybe it can be used.....even though I won't advice it.
Current bank certification letter,evidence of savings/current balance statements and fixed or time deposit statements are advised to be used by CIC.

Also, do i have to send my Spouse and Childs passport copies with my application?? is it Mandatory... i have applied and might get their passport in time but you never know...

Also, for PCC i can submit my PCC now and PCC of my spouse and child at a later stage??

Kollin one more Question ..Like you said resposibilty should match 60 to 70% with NOC described ...But have basic Question ..like for 2171 ..it is given as below

Information systems business analysts and consultants confer with clients to identify and document requirements, conduct business and technical studies, design, develop, integrate and implement information systems business solutions, and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery.
Systems security analysts confer with clients to identify and document requirements, assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware, and develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
Information systems quality assurance analysts develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness and overall quality of software products and information systems.
Systems auditors conduct independent third-party reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems.

But these 4 points are 4 different roles coming under one NOC..so like my case I can be mapped with first point only ....are we on same page ...I mean I can match my roles 60 to 80 % with only first point.

Thanks again bro...CIO received my application on 14th, I can expect a response between last week of june and second week of august. If CIO finds an application unsuitable, do they intimate by email first and then return the application. Or they just send the application packet back?

Do you mean second week of July...and not August(guess it was a typo from you).
Yes....you should get a response between 8 to 10 weeks after your application has been received.
If after 8 weeks to 10 weeks,you didnt get any response and you can categorically confirm from the forum that applicants after you have gotten response,You can contact CIC to ask for update on your application......but know for sure that your application may have been returend (70% assurance).
Even if you contact CIC after 8-10 weeks,it will take them about 20 working days to respond to your querry and most times ,their response are always generic.....they will never tell you the true issue with your application.....they will only tell you it has been returned and than an explanation letter have been included in your package.
My advice....as much as you are sure of this application you earlier sent......have a PLAN B!.

it means if you do not register first and send your documents to WES,it will not be treated.
Advice....register first before sending your documents to WES.

You MUST include your spouse and child's passport with your application....its a MUST since they are accompany you....ITS MANDATORY.
PCC for all or some of you can be submitted at a later stage....you will only need PCC for your child if he/she is above 18years old.

Thanks Bro. I have registered in WES site, but yet to pay. So I didn't get any reference number. Is it mandatory to mention WES Ref # in Academic Records Request Form ?

Its fine...but see if you can still merge it with atleast one....it doesnt have to be exact but just similar.
