Hi,

I have done B.com & MBA, so no of years of education will be 10+2+3+2 = 17 years
or pls advise if i need to include Nursery & preschool years as well ...Don't think so.

Similarly for Q 7, How to give the no of years for -

Elementary ,
Secondary
University
&
Trade School

Thank You Kollins...that tells me we can expect atleast two months before we get that coveted email from CIC

Maybe....nobody can tell.
The first applicant charged in the forum for 2013 was charged on 18th June...(received on 8th may)....thats 41 days and PERS 8 days later.
But as the process progresses,41days turned to 70,60,80 days for other applicants.

Thanks kollins..Everything else is there ...But company has just taken my profile and pasted on letter, what they share with clients ...So couldn't do much on "Quality"..n HR will not listen to you, what to put or not ...!!But I am applying for 2171 (Business Analyst )...things are quite matching with NOC,..Lets C ..n my designation also says that I am senior BA...Hope things will go in place

Dear Bro,

U will need to have the work ref letter from any of ur client ...along with this as much as possible---Transaction details like copy of bank cheque and other form money receipts u have been given by ur clients...

Please check the Doc checklist @ point 12...

For being produced DB certificates of my aunt and whole family tree was not possible for reasons as they passes away 3 yeas back.

can you please suggest any other way to include any other supporting documnets for the same

Dear Brother,

As long as u have the work exp on NOC 1123, u can apply...But in this case ur work letters need to be strong.Its not stated anywhere that, education matching uis a required one..

U can do below:

Work experience requirement:


1. Job duties on Company Letter head.
2. Full time /Working hour should be mentioned.
3. Company's seal if applicable

Additional:

5. Appointment/contract letter
6. Payslip (3 months will be enough)
7. Business card of applicant and referee (reference letter's).

If your Job descriptions matches your intended/interested NOC by 60% to 80%,you are good to apply.
Your education background doesnt matter for FSW,its your Job descriptions and other factors like AGE,proof of english,years of experience and other factors that matters.
your academic degree will only be used to award you points for your education once you evaluate it and determine its equivalence to canadian degree.

Hi experts... Thanks a lot for all the responses to my previous query. I am now motivated to atleast submit my application.

I have another quick query. Once i have submitted my Application with my passport photocopies, then can i go and get my Passport reissued, in reissue my Address will change, spouse name will be added and of course date of expiry would be changed.... will CIC create a problem?

Also, for settlement fund is PPF statement good for CIC??

Can i give my PCC now and PCC of my wife and child at a later stage??

Thanks again bro...CIO received my application on 14th, I can expect a response between last week of june and second week of august. If CIO finds an application unsuitable, do they intimate by email first and then return the application. Or they just send the application packet back?

Guys, Bank statements of how many months do we need to send along with the application.
In documents checklist, its written either current bank certification letter or evidence of savings balance or fixed/time deposit statements.
So is it mandatory to get bank statements or just one statement showing the current balance is enough?
We are a family of 3 so the required funds are $18,097. I have about $20,500. But can we also show the gold. I am thinking to prepare a CA report which shows our total worth. Is this the correct way of showing gold's worth or is their any other way?
Also the Bank statement would be in Indian Rupees. Do i just convert the sum into CAD$ myself online or do i have to convert it by certified individual before writing it in the form.
Sorry for the long query, I am quite confused at the moment.

It will not be an issue.
Once you renew it and after you must receive your PERS mail and your application passed to your local V.O,you can update your details as much as possible.
Provided your PPF is Unecumbered....maybe it can be used.....even though I won't advice it.
Current bank certification letter,evidence of savings/current balance statements and fixed or time deposit statements are advised to be used by CIC.
