No bro..Thanks Alot ..Ya first employer letter is having salary detailskollins said:As for your previous employer....please persuade him/her to help you include the salary details......document checklist insist the reference letter must have it.
7 years experience (previous and current) is more than enough to give you the maximum points for experience (15points).
You really do not need the third "3 years experience letter again".
Just incase your 4 years "2nd employer" doesnt include the salary detail in your reference letter as been doubted by you....try and get your 1st "3 years" employers reference letter to give you and include the detail.
Either of the 1st "3 years" employer or 2nd "4 years" employer reference letters that includes all the details specified in the checklist can be combined with your current employer's experience letters to give you the maximum 15points for years of experience.
I just hope I didnt confuse you with my analysis?
Cheers!

THANKS FOR THE REPLY....BUT THE THING IS SOME OF MY FRIENDS TOLD ME, WHO WORKED FOR SOME CANADIAN UNIVERSITY APPLICATION CENTER....THAT IF SOMEBODY HAS APPLIED FOR FSWP AND GOT rejected ...and later on he applies for STUDENT VISA...he/she is most likely get his VISA APP rejected....as the VO will not b convinced that he/she will not return back to his/her home country .... which is an Important issue for getting STUDENT VISA in canada....
So my point is....Do I stand a chance to get a STUDENT VISA ...if MY FSWP APP gets rejected unfortunately!??
In that case, you only need the 1st employer reference letter to combine with current employer to give you the maximum 15 points since both equals six years.JZPASSI said:No bro..Thanks Alot ..Ya first employer letter is having salary details
Ashif Sir and Kollin , do i need to mention so many roles n HR signs are good to go for Reference letterashif_eee said:Ok brother,
in my opinion, take affidavit with notarization as well as if possible submit any other docs where ur uncle's father/mother name exists. This could be their Marriage certificate , take their notarized copy and include a family tree...Include a cover letter ...
This might help / entertain the requirement...
