Thanks a ton for your reply, I am filling the form on computer. However there are few column doesn't have appropriate length e.g. IMM5669E background/deceleration form, there is section for Education where we need to put city and country, but the space is not enough for this information. Please help me how to fill this.

I see that you filed your application on 10th May 13. Did you send your application on 10th or the CIO received it on 10th? Did you receive your PERS on 10th Jul 13? Are you an independent applicant or with Family?

I'm new to this forum.Please help me out with the below queries.I'm from India applying for FSW Canada.
1.I have got my higher education(B.Tech) transcripts. Do i need to just send the transcripts or xerox copies of other certificates like 10, 12 th and B.Tech certificates(another copy) for ECA.
2.Which is the best organisation for ECA. Is it WES or something else. I heard that WES is good and quicker.
3.Came to know that WES offers rush service so that we get the report in 3-5 days but i dint find info during payment option while applying.

I would be thankful if someone can respond to these querie.

1. U will need to send as per below (no need of SSC/HSC):

Educational Credential Assessment by WES :

Here is the procedure for ECA by WES:

a. First apply thru WES's website and do the payment and take the ref no. (will emailed also) 180 CAD now (7 days assessment)...

Now for Bangladesh/India:

b. Then fill up the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and put the ref no there.

c. need to take a printed version of International_Transcript_Request.pdf to the university controller office and request him to fill the remaing portion of the International_Transcript_Request.pdf and make true copy of the transcript + cert. he will easily understand coz they have to do such things frequently to recommend students to foreign education. Only one copy --(WES form +Cert+transcript).

d.Finally he gonna give u a sealed envelop that contains attested copy of transcript + cert + International_Transcript_Request.pdf


e. Courier the sealed envelope via fedex by urself to WES address:

My passport is about to expire in feb 2015 and i am planning to send my application in august because i have to collect docs for my wife like passport, marraige certf. , pcc etc.
So is it ok to use same passport or should i renue it for myself ???

Brother its very simple to update the PP info on later stage...

So dont need to delay for the PP....U can apply with ur old one....along with u can start for new PP...once its on ur hand and u have ur UCI number then u can inform ur local vo in a very simple way...

if employer is not providing on letterhead then
1) just type the reference letter related to your NOC on a white A4 size paper and get it acknowledged by your supervisor
2) take a copy of photo I'd (company tag photo id) of your supervisor of your company...get it signed by him on it and do attestation
3) Get a service letter from your employee stating you have worked from so and so time with your designation
4) provide an affidavit supporting why you are not able to provide the reference letter in company letter head and attach the service letter provided along with this

I have also the same problem. May be some people do not want to create any loophole thats why some are thinking to do in a wrong manner. I am trying to convince my lead but he ask to many question and last he agree to provide the same. But he will not issue any I'D proof to me. I convince him to provide your company visiting card. Will it serves better.

Dear Bro,

U will need to have the work ref letter from any of ur client ...along with this as much as possible---Transaction details like copy of bank cheque and other form money receipts u have been given by ur clients...

a. I am primary applicant. I am not even saying wife is fluent in ENGLISH so she isn't taking IELTS either. Under Current Occupation, I will put "Consultant" because that what she is right now in her IT company but what do I put for intended occupation for her? "House wife" or same "Consultant"? She does intend to work once if and when we are there but obviously I can't tell what job/designation she will get.

a. Under Education, for Primary/Elementary - Secondary/High School - University/College - Trade School /Other Post Secondary School, what numbers do I put? I have usual 1st to 10th in Mumbai, India. Then 11th and 12th in a junior college in Mumbai, India. Followed by 4 years B.E. in Mumbai, India and then 2 years M.S. in USA.
Should it be 4-6-8-0 or 10-2-4-2?
b. What is the "field of study" for S.S.C. (10th standard certificate)?
c. Under "Type of certificate/diploma issued", I need to say "B.E." or "Bachelors"?
d. For Personal History / Activity / Work History entered anywhere, do I put "Present" or "2014/06" when submitting application or leave it empty? There is no room for "Present" to be written.

Additional Family Information - IMM5406E
a. Can you confirm it is only the NAMES of people which has to be written in regional language in addition to in English (not Address, Status, etc. too).

Please include it here if possible......you may also include your employment letter and promotion letter to substantiate your claim.Make sure it's printed on the company letter head pad,signed and dated by the official that referenced you.
