It should be 22 points.
This is taken from instruction guide as stated below......

"Two or more Canadian post-secondary degrees or diplomas or equalNote de bas de page 1 (at least one must be for a program of at least three years) 22 points"

Note that you need to include both original evaluation reports to claim your 22 points.

So I have a BE + MMS (Mumbai Univ) and that qualifies as 2 or more canadian post-secondary degrees. So in generic form I should still go with Bachelors degree right?? Hoping CIC will consider this as 22 points

question #1. what is your highest level of education.
===i finished my bachelor's degree in my home country but its equivalent in Canada based on my ECA report is just a 2 year diploma. i was wondering whether to put bachelor's degree or just select post-secondary- no degree or non-univeristy certificate/diploma ???


question #4 intended occupation?

I sent my Bsc, Msc and PhD degrees to them...they only returned my PhD....and took me 2 more months to convince them they did wrong and receive my correct ECA.

It is true. He is 2013 applicant. The member who gave this entry just want indicate, 2013 charges done and 2014 might start anytime.

I Have my birth certificate which doesn't include my name on it, yeh this is bit weird.

My birth certificate was issues after day or two of my birth date and my name was yet to decide. In this case they just issued a birth certificate by crossing the Name field on the certificate however my Parents name, Place of birth and date of birth matches with passport.

Please suggest what to do in this case? has anyone else gone through having similar certificate?

If my employer refuses to specify main duties will it CIC accept this circumstances.

My employer agrees to provide me the dates I have worked , salary , position. but not the responsibilities.

One can list all occupations had in the past 10 years but will be assessed based on the primary occupation. This is why I said only that will count. Please I'm referring you to same instruction guide below. Note area in bold!

Your work experience

a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b).

b) Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application. For each occupation:
•identify the dates of employment,
•write a description of your occupation,
•include the appropriate NOC 2011 code,
•check the box that corresponds to the number of years of continuous full-time or equivalent in continuous part-time experience, and
•write a description of your main duties.

The MINIMUM requirements (1 year in primary NOC) are different than the points accrual under the selection factors. The guide is pretty clear that you get points under any Skill type 0 or skill level A or B under NOC 2011. Don't mislead people.

Hi, include an affidavit of birth, stating your full name, date of birth and attesting that the birth certificate is for you, issued when you were yet unnamed. Add a cover letter explaining these circumstances and you are good to go.

TRY TO GET PROPER BIRTH CERTIFICATE TO AVOID ANY CONFUSION OR QUESTIONS FROM THE VO. OTHERWISE WRITE AN AFFIDAVIT OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE BUT THIS METHOD IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
