Maybe because they don't have only FSW to check for. They handle lot many other types of visa as well.

My Courier confirms that the university mark sheets were delivered to WES on 13th on May to Mr. Maple.. But till now my status in required documents says "not received" for the University Issued Marksheets... However the University degree copy I had sent is showing as received..

The status shows Documents received-review in progress" but shows "not received" for the mark sheets section??? I'm confused

I tried sending them message through their contact Us section.. but no reply till now!

Can anyone guide me on the above... do I need to send the sealed envelope to WES again???????

Your new passport will show date of issuance and could cuz problem at later stage, its just revalidation and reprinting. Go for it!

Additionally, check validity requirement of a passport (usually its 6 months for stamping of visa, dont remember CIC requirements)

Job title doesn't matter much. What matters is your roles and responsibilities included in your experience letter.

thanks for ur reply i agree with you jayesh ..2174 and 2173 are quiet close in roles and responsibilities either way it would be having same set of roles and responsibilities only difference being coding and script for automation or testing cause testing also involves coding to test the product or application... i can get the roles and responsibilities which can be considered in both NOC from company.

but i want to which NOC should be safe bet for me ... all i m trying to do is apply in the category where i can have the opportunity to be considered for PR if i send the document this weekend or next week.

I want to ask one thing from you people that is there any chance that WES email my evaluation report and if i can send that evaluation report with my file and i will send my original evaluation report when i receive that?.......because my evaluation will complete on 28 may and it will take nearly 12 days to be delivered to me.

Yes but my papers are already in toronto to my aunt. Her friend went back to toronto witj my papers. I forgot that the signature of applicant page has a barcode. I was planning if i can scan his passport and send it via email to them but unfortunately the signature page has barcode. They can validate it but they cant sign it. What to do. It will take 3-4 days to send files to canada. Time is running. She was supposed to send it immediately but its holiday in canada. Is it ok to submit passport that is valid thru november?

Hi, I have got a question about the work reference letter.
I am applying as a spouse. Is it mandatory for me to send my work reference letter. Actually i am not very confident of sending it because our director is not very helpful and i am not on good terms with him as i left the job this month. I am worried that if CIC officer calls him for confirmation he might not entertain him and he could spoil our case.
Will it be okay if I fill my work info in the form but do not send the reference letter? I am also not getting any points for it as i am the spouse. I worked at this place for about eight months.

the work reference letter is only a requirement for principal applicant so if you are not one, it is absolutely not necessary. Good luck in your application...

According to cic requirement, only original evaluation report should be submitted. Im afraid you may just have to wait to get the original as submitting it later on does not guarantee that it can be matched to your application.
