Thank you so much for the quick respond. My situation is abit complicated. My wife took 8 months leave. Then she went to her born country and stayed there about 5 months. After that she returned to work at the same company. Just wonder that if i do not mention, i will probably be asked to explain later.

IMM5406E_Additional Family Information (2 copies one from myside and another by my Spouse)

imm5669E_Schedule A Background Declaration (2 copies one from myside and another by my Spouse)

PCC from FSW 2013 ( getting a new one tomorrow) original
ECA attested by notary
IELTS original
Offer letters pay stubs, hike letters,relieving and experience letters attested by notary
10,12,degree certificates attested by notary
Proof of funds taken in March 2014 ( Do i send last years FSW 2013 Proof of funds along with the new one) attested by bank
Passport copies attested by notary
affidavit for birth certificate and 10th marksheet attested by notary
affidavit for different names ( Minor Variation like before initials were used now full form of same is use) used in college and school certificate attested by notary on bond paper


Pending DOcuments
New set of Photos 6 as per specification (for myself and spouse)
Marriage Certificate
New Letter mentioning roles and responsibilities
PCC for Spouse
Birth Ceritificate

One quick question birth certificate for spouse is required right away with the application

For the forms you are good to go.
And you need to send birth certificate of your spouse with application itself.
Also, you need to get new bank certificate. you can't use last years.

Keep in mind, one shud NOT hide the information, while also not overloading them with info.

If she resigned and joined again, then mention it as UNEMPLOYMENT

If she took leave, although i am not sure if any company allows 8 or 8+5 (which ever the case is) month long maternity leave.

If i were at your place, i will use simple test, i.e.

if she try to obtain employment letter, will they give 2 letter post and pre employment or 1 letter of continued employment

To put it simply, just check how company views it, and proceed accrodingly.

In any case, she is not principal applicant (atleast thats wht i understand) so duration of her employment doesn't matter.

Hello! Is it okay to validate another generic application form? My spouse's new passport just delivered today. We thought that it would be delivered next week. It came ealrier than what we've expected. His passport's expiry date that i validated is on november 2014.

You can validate as many time you want. But make sure you print the latest one.!

You can validate the same generic form as many times as you want, but TAKE THE COMPLETE PRINTOUT OF LATEST VALIDATED FORM. Validation is mainly to generate the BAR CODES at the end of the form, so once you change info and re-validate it the BAR CODES change.

Thanks for reminding me. First, i was very confused to put it in personal history or not.
In my country it is abit special.. We can take paid paternity leave for one year. Then up to 3 years for child care leave without paid.
It's a law.

Team lead qa or lead qa analyst which designation is better and whether i should go for 2173 or not ?

Job title doesn't matter much. What matters is your roles and responsibilities included in your experience letter.
