Hi..does the birth certificate and passport copy and offer leter and pay stubs etc need to be notarized?

I guess not if it is in english ... but i did it anyway cause u know how it feel to put so much effort and get it returned so i didnt leave any thing for a chance... ;D

I ve prepared my file for noc 3142... Just waiting for IELTS RESULTS ... I'll get my result on 23rd bt i m also going to claim spouse ielts' points , will b getting his result on 30th may....

Is it possible to send spouse ielts later ?? Can i apply on 23rd may to fall under cap ?
Remember, wdout spouse ielts my score is 65 ...

No if you claim points for your spouse then you have to submit her result as well with the package otherwise you will be rejected.

I have a question about the barcodes appeared after validating the Generic Form. The barcode appears to be only one or there are many of them like 6-8 barcodes at the end of the page ? Your answer of appreciated. Thanks.

Well you don't have to worry about it. Click on validate and print it as it appears. Generally 2 pages for barcode though.

I need help deciding on my NOC. I am qualifying in 2 NOC's and need to know which one suits the best. Currenntly I am working as Assistant manager - Learning and leadership development. Since our organisation is big, I handle only the training department and from it mostly do coordination for training programs and hence do not do all the duties mentioned in the 0112 - Human Resource managers.
I also do part of duties mentioned in 0114 Other administrative services managers.

Listed below are the duties which I am able to attain from my organisation.

• Responsible for organizing and coordinating learning logistics training and development, communicating training schedule to employees, facilitates registration, handles material fulfillment, and scheduling training rooms and equipment
• Planning, co-ordinating and partnering with internal stakeholders, various departments, vendors to ensure quality of program delivery readiness
• Administering and delivering Induction training to newly hired recruits in the organization - training point in admin application
• Assessing program effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training logistics on the program – Report point in admin application
• Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records PAN India to ensure that all locations are well stocked. – new point from admin application
• Analyze inquiries and determine appropriate technical or procedural solutions
• Assisting and directing employees in determining appropriate learning resources based on need, availability and appropriateness of learning methodology

Could some one be kind to read my responsibilities and direct me to the correct NOC. I dont want to be rejected for selecting the wrong NOC
Should I apply in

0112 - Human Resource managers

or

0114 Other administrative services managers

Quick Help(People from India especially)

I have a BE-Electronics(4 years Bachelor) + Master of Management Studies-Finance(2 year post grad) from MUMBAI UNIV-INDIA. Does WES consider this as masters. On generic application form under app should I put Bachelors/post grad -no degree/Masters

Similarly spouse B.Com(3 years bachelor) + MMS-Finance from Mumbai univ, same Question.

My credential equivalent report from WES(free tool)

Credential 1-- Equivalency in Canada: Bachelor's degree (4 years)
Credential 2-- Equivalency in Canada: 1 year of graduate study

Please reply because I want to get these forms ready before I receive the report from WES which is taking forever.

It is not at all mandatory. But even if you want to spend money for notary then you can spend them. But it's clearly not requirement.

If this is the case then it is really good. This is good for overall Canadian economy, people governing irrespective of which part of country they are living.
I just heard this last time.....when recently there was blackout due to snow storm or some nature disaster, the government provided generators to every single home.

I agree it's good. I'm certainly not questioning the Canadian government which is fantastic. I am a little bit questioning the judgment of people who want to live in the middle of nowhere.

Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP),
Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP), and
Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
