Following are some of the queries for which iam trying to find an reply .. experts and all participants please participate my application process is on hold till i find responses for the below.Thanks in advance

1. Schedule 3 asks whether spouse proficient in English if i add yes and not able to provide IELTS while sending the application will that work ?
or should i say no and send the application package?

2. Schedule 3 under your work experience the first field says occupation and NOC # here we need to enter the NOC code and the corresponding occupation which are provided in the eligible list for 2014 i mean the 50 occupation do we need to use that text against the NOC # m i right in my understanding ?

3. In 2D generic application under education and occupation what do we fill for the intended occupation and current occupation?
Do we write the current designation in the company for current occupation or we need to mention generic term IT/Software or some thing..

4. Can the roles be similar to what hrsdc has stated ? i am asking this cause HR asks for the template with roles and responsibilities and send it to them with manager approval from his/her email id including hrbp so how to go about it ?

it will be really helpful if somebody who has applied can share the roles and responsibilities for the 2173 software testing engineer

Can any body share the roles and responsibilities which they prepared and already applied for FSW 2014

If yes then we need to send two additional Family information documents one filled by me and another by my spouse.... my question is my local language is different and hers is different so do we need to fill in the native or local language mentioned under GENERIC APPLICATION FORM FOR CANADA under language details ?

My Courier confirms that the university mark sheets were delivered to WES on 6th on May.. But till now my status in required documents says "not received" for the University Issued Marksheets... However the University degree copy I had sent is showing as received..

The status shows Documents received-review in progress" but shows "not received" for the mark sheets section??? I'm confused

I tried sending them message through their contact Us section.. but no reply till now!

Dear Bro,

Can u please tell me what docs u have sent...

It requires 3 docs:

1. Cert
2. Mark sheet/trnscpt
3. WES evaluation paper

All are in a sealed envalope with Univ authority signature...

If u have done all things then i will suggest u to send all these papers again to them with WES ref number immediately....

1) You should select NO
2) Yes You should use that NOC number.
3) YOu need to use your current job title. For intended you can use same.
4) You can refer the roles from there but you should not exactly copy paste the, make modifications to them.
5) Not sure because I'm from different NOC.

For forms, yes you and your spouse has to fill separate forms. and you need to write name in native language as wel.

regarding payment fee form, I saw there are many application returned due to no signature in the payment form. I think signature is applicable only if we using credit card. For Demand Draft, there is no signature option. Please advise if I am correct.

I can fille the four rows principal applicant spouse, mother and father and when my spouse if filling the same will she be the principal applicant ? and ofcourse spouse would be my name and her father and her mother's name ...

Yes there is only option for credit card user. But to be on safe side, I used DD though I signed the form below in blank space.

I can fille the four rows principal applicant spouse, mother and father and when my spouse if filling the same will she be the principal applicant ? and ofcourse spouse would be my name and her father and her mother's name ...

It depends, if you are still employed NO, its just like anyother leave of longer duration 3-4 months, whereby you will join at later date. I dont think you even need to mention it.

If you have resigned to give time to the baby, its unemployment. U can just mention UNEMPLOYMENT (Maternity Leave)

Thank you so much for the quick respond. My situation is abit complicated. My wife took 8 months leave. Then she went to her born country and stayed there about 5 months. After that she returned to work at the same company. Just wonder that if i do not mention, i will probably be asked to explain later.
