Hi ,

I am planning to apply for noc 2171 hopefully by end of this month. My Education assessment is not yet over.

My query is on proof of funds. When you apply for visa is it necessary by that time itself we should have the amount in bank or is it once we get the PER only ?
And how long it should be deposited ?

- Hes sent english translations
- Certified copy of original of native language docs
But...
- Photocopy of the Affidavit instead of the original one. I read guidance and its not entirely clear if this is a big mistake or a non-issue.

Any opinions on this?

There has been couple of discussions regarding visa interview

The discrepancy is due to the fact that Visit visa is entirely different than immigration visa and so is the purpose of interview

In visit visa interview, the purpose is to make sure that u will come back.

In Immigration visa, the purpose is to make sure that u will stay there and be economically beneficial.

Therefore, interview is more common in case of visit visa, whereas for immigration they use qualification and work experience to judge the potential to be economically successful.

Having said that visa process all over the world is pretty subjective. One of my friend (working for US company based in Pakistan) applied for Single Visit visa to visit his company head quarters, which got rejected after a lengthy interview. After few months, he applied once again this Multiple entry visa, which got approved without interview. So, it all depends who is handling ur case.

Based on past experience, any idea when the trends on the CIC site for applications received per NOC code can be expected. They mentioned that the site will be updated at least once a week. Still shows Zero count for all.

Since I can see most senior guys active now, could some senior admin shed some light on below, Century? Ashif Sir? Collins?

If my wife is applying in NOC for HR - Manager, and includes me in her application, and since I am qualifying in another NOC, can I make a separate application under Electronic Technologist category and include her in it. Will both applications get rejected at a later stage since we are both included in each others applications. I have heard from some people that the application may get rejected at Local VO if they find duplicate applications for visa.

Sorry for being pushy but I need to know if I need to get an ECA done. Else it will be of no use and I also stand a risk of application being rejected

1.Arent they taking too long?....
2.What can be done about it?,....
3.Can i request them to complete with the evaluation process earlier?.....

Actualyy iam waiting for only ECA report to be pinned up in the file.......
Current Status is evaluation is in progress......

4.Seniors and experienced what is the probable next status by WES.....
5.Will the application be sent to me by 20th or even they may make it even more later as well.....

OK, i have the same scenario with some of the friends discussing above.

My old passport has expired with which i had my IELTS. So what i have to do is, just provide my IELTS original score sheet with copies of old and new passports together. and its not necessary to attach a cover letter explaining the situation (isn't is??)

Brother, mine reached on 2 May, and they gave me evaluation completion date on 21 may. ;D

I would advice choose either of you as primary applicant .. One who score more points and NOC is also not expected to fill faster. Concentrate on 1 application instead of 2. But keep other one ready. If God forbid your application is rejected for some reason then submit another one with other primary applicant
