How a 1st May applicant with DD payment mode get to know that his file has been looked into?

Just make a call to Bank from where you got DD and ask them if you DD is cashed or on hold or Not cashed. You might hear something next week after Monday as Monday is public Holiday in Canada.

Dear Seniors,

My application package is almost ready for NOC 1113. I m applying from India. Just waiting for ECA Report to come. I have few doubts, might sound basic but i dont want to make any silly mistakes.

1. Form Schedule A Background/Declaration
Q. 7 Education

What should i be exactly writing here, in terms of no of years? i have done SSC, HSC, TYBCom & 3 yrs part time MBA

I got this from wikipedia : Primary/secondary education in India is segregated as Primary (1st standard to 7th standard), Lower Secondary (8th standard to 10th standard), and Higher Secondary (11th and 12th standard).

2. Form Schedule 3 Econimic Classes

Q. 11 Assets, Liability & Settlement fund

I have two properties, a car, bank balance and fixed deposits, also have two mortgages and a car loan.
Should i mention:
Assets - property, car, bank balance & FDs
Liability - mortgages & car loan
Settlement fund - Bank balance & FDs
If yes, then what supporting docs do i provide?

3. Form Schedule 3 Econimic Classes

Q. 12 Your work Experience

Do i have to write exact wordings of my job profile under the column Occupation?
Example: My job profile mentioned in my reference letter is Relationship Manager but my duties are of NOC 1113, which is Investment Dealer

4. Supporting documents
Do i need to submit work experience docs (salary slips, appointment letter, reliveing letters) and education docs (transcripts, certificate) for my spouse too?

5. IT documents
Do we need to submit IT documents? If yes then for both husband and wife?

Important point here.

I got my DD issued from SBI... DD was sent to CIC in Sydeny, NS.. Once they present it to their bankers, bank dealing with CIC will send it for clearing to SBI Toronto branch and obviously this will not happen in a day or so.. it will take atleast a week.. only then SBI Toronto or India will be able to confirm if DD has been encashed or not>?

I believe before all this completes, i will recieve PER in case it is positive.. else dont know how will i get to know

Its a weekend can we hear any news for CC/DD charged??? ??? ???

I think it is so early to hear about that. I believe that CIC won't start sending PER before the second half of June

It really doesnt matter when your DD is encashed or when credit cards get charged. What is improtant is when you recieve your PER via email. That is what you should be waiting for. Unfortunately, CIC sometimes charges/encashes appplication fee and then refuses PER for some reason. They then send an apology that they will refund your money but your application was refused. Check threads for FSW 2103 and earlier years, it happened to some people. But dont worry, we will be in cap this time due to early submissions and no mistakes in our applications so look forward to your PER email! ;D

That applicant is a false flag. His/her application was received on the 30th of APril. FSW 2014 doesn't begin until May 01. So, that applicant must belong to the FSW '13 program. Additionally, there are a couple of extenuating factors with respect to that applicant. 1) He/She has a job offer. Applicants with job offers are given priority when processing 2) That applicants job does not seem to fall into the 50 NOCs that are eligible under this year's program (if you have a job offer from a Canadian employer your job need not be one of the eligible occupations)

Randev. From Feb'14 all files are charged in 14 to 25 days. Apr 22nd candidate charged on May 6th.
Seeing all data FSW13 files got fee charged. May1st people sd get charged from 19th May. Let us see when they will start charging.

Because all hot NOCs have been filled, only few applications since Feb 2014-April 2014. For this reason applications were proceeded much faster

Hello,

Is it okay to apply with passport without "Signature of Bearer" ??

how can u even receive a passport without signing it in front of officer from whom you are receiving it? and if u forgot to do so.....simply sign it where it says and then use it.

you can apply but later it will make problems for you cos at immigration they can check your signs on forms to match it against your passport, simply an initial cross check, which can create problems for u, additionally use your that signature every where which is on passport as that will used as a basis to validate ur signs.

Based on past experience, any idea when the trends on the CIC site for applications received per NOC code can be expected. They mentioned that the site will be updated at least once a week. Still shows Zero count for all.
