I see! But to be on the safe side I authorized my card for $1040. Will it be a problem?

no, it is not a problem. you can authorize your CC for any amount you wish, CIO is only allowed to take an amount for which you have signed your fee form.

did i understood you correctly, you do not have an ORIGINAL of either japanese/indian birth certificate?

Yes you did I don't have the originals and I'm wondering how to get it notarized then. Definitely a notary would need to verify these photocopies against the originals, right?

Brother Ashif, Collins, Could you kindly help

With a designation of Team Leader, if my roles and responsibilities are matching the same as 0112, Human Resources Manager, Can I apply under that NOC, or I have to apply as Human resource professional.

Reason I am asking is currently I am at the designation of Assistant Manager in HR and by June 2014 end (I am planning to apply in June 2014), I will be completing 11 months in this position, prior to this I was a Team Leader, but my Roles and Responsibilities are same.

So am I eligible to apply under 0112, Human Resources Manager?
Your designation or Job tittle doesnt matter in FSW.
The most important thing is for your Job description/functions to match your intended profession/NOC.
Once this is achieved and your superior can give you a reference letter detailing such descriptions.....you can fly high to apply.

Cheers!

+1 for you....Thank you so much, this will help to complete my application

exactly! that's why i was confused! i really have no idea! my best idea is to maybe try to notarized it with your parents, as your witnesses.. or maybe your mother has a confirmation from the hospital when you where born.. if you manage to do this, it would be best to try it with your english photocopy, so that you don't need to translate it again...ask others for opinion to! sorry i can't tell you anything helpful.

Yours is a very tricky situation. But here's my opinion if you'd like it:

According to many members on this forum, it is the job duties that matter and not the title when it comes to determining FSW eligibility. On the NOC job description page it also gives other titles for each occupation. For example, other titles for NOC 1112 Financial and Investment Analysts include money market analyst, portfolio manager, securities analyst, etc.

Is team leader another name for a HR manager? (I a assuming that this is a HR Team Leader position). Then you should be OK.

I just checked the FSW spreadheet - there are 0 applications filed under this category so far. So, I think you may have some breathing space to get that one additional month of HR manager work experience and be on the safeside when you apply

Good suggestion.
Another option you may consider(I wouldn't know if its workable) is to make the English copy a certified true copy.
Try and find out in your area if this is achievable.

Hi I ahve a very IMPORTANT QUESTION:

I am applying under 1112, my current job in a finance company as a financial analyst starting 2009, before that i worked in 2 companies for 2 year but i am not planning to claim any points for them as they totally not fit into this role of 1112.

My Question is, do we need to still give experience letter with job duties for previous jobs when i am not claiming any points, though i am putting my appointment letters + relieving letters for both in the package?

Please help

Since you are not claiming points for them...you are safe.
CIO will only award points for your job descriptions that has detailed reference in the required format.
Cheers.

Hi Randev,

Thank you for your opinion and also for specially checking on the spreadsheet. I really like the spirit of this forum where people are helping each other without any ulterior motives. Thank you once again.

The Team Leader position is actually Team Leader - Learning and Leadership, which actually falls under HR (Training and development)

Am just worried, even though many people are not applying in my category, there is still a cap of 25,000 for FSW. And I am worried if I would be on time by June end with so many hot NOC's already being present in this NOC.
