I ALSO HAVE A GOVERNMENTAL PAPER THAT SAYS THAT I WAS WORKING AS A CHEIF OF HIS PHARMACY SINCE TEN YEARS
IS THIS ENOUGH

I have two post-secondary degrees, however getting assessed only my MSc from the UK since getting my bachelors degree attested from India is a long process. How many points you reckon that could fetch me. I tried the equivalency tool on WES website and it did equate my MSc from the UK to be equivalent to the Canadian Masters Level. So it would get me 23 points, wouldn't it?

Same is my question. I checked with them at the time of registration and they clearly said no.

Also, before we get any communication from CIC we can't show that we have applied for Canada Immi and can't request a second copy.

My experience was the same.the British council simply said that they will provide only one copy.however they can send electronic copies to any institution on my request.
If anyone has a link that states that if ones ielts copy is submitted to cic the British council will issues us a second copy ,pls provide it on the forum.
I believe it would be helpful to many.

In the guide it says

There are two (2) types of fees:
1. The processing fee which must be included with your application - $550 as Single Applicant
2. The Right of Permanent Residence Fee, which will be requested by the Visa Office at a later stage if your application is approved. - $490 for principal applicant

I have to just ignore no 2. for now right?

Yes you have to send only 1st one along with application.

Send both together. It will save atleast 3 to 4 weeks once application goes through ECAS and subsequent approvals.
In case PR rejected, CIC will return the RTPR amount. No worries

Guys, I'll pay the fee by bank draft. I have to make it payable to "THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" or "RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" ?? In the IMM 5620 Fee Payment Form, it's written "THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" but in the Instruction Guide IMM EG7000, it says the "RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA". Does it matter with or without "the" ?? Your answer is very much appreciated. Thanks

Just want to clarify on the above query, it would be better if we follow the latest guidelines of 2014 rather than form modified in 2013.

Do Not misguide any one Sweetpie. Do you know what is RTPR fees??
Its RPRF fees. For your information Local currency DD are valid for only 3 months. And CIO will take more than 3 months to reach application to Local VO. So it will get expire.

Mate i highly recommend you to send RPRF fee later on when your Local VO will send you email.
