Your photos are fine. The guideline you are referring to that was posted several pages before is WRONG. Use the photo specifications in the application guide for FSW. PR application photos are DIFFERENT from photos required for TRVs and passports. The chin to crown size range is 25-30 mm as you have taken. So you are fine.

One more silly question to ask.
How do you manage to gather the photos with documents?
Can we attach the photos in a little transparent zip bag? paper clips with photos are a bit worried, it might not be stable.

Sorry man I disagree with you on certain counts,

to quote "you don't have to do anything just relax" ... the fact remains that you still ave to do Everything except for Filling 5-6 Forms. After you pay the signing amount they will assign you a Process Consultant who will guide you in gathering/ arranging all the documents (ref letters, BC, PCC, ECA dos etc etc)... basically s/he will make you run from pillar to post and even tip for getting fake. forged doc's, if reqd. And you'll do it b'coz you already trapped by paying the signing amount- non refundable.

"if u r even lacking in points these people are law experts and they can make up 3 to 4 points for u easily,.." this is just a marketing gimmick... how can a Law expert or anybody tweak your any of the 6 criteria... age, IELTS score, Edu credentials, etc.. except for Work exp. (can be faked to an extent if you are running short of Pass points)

well I hired a cic recognized consultant....a top one....and negotiated to a reasonable amount for his services...........just provided him all the docs......hardly visited him just thrice..........sitting back and relaxing........really never ran from any pillar to any post! ;D

Guys trust me Going with Immigration consultant will no thelp much. I went with them only, they sent old version forms, not even sent instruction guide to fill those.
Everything is in CIC portal for us to send a right documents and correct forms.
I just wanted someone to have an extra eye on my application. They answered some of the practical questions I had, probably those could be answered in Forums like this.

did u hired a recognized consultant whose name is on cic list? if yes, lodge your complain to cic, explain them how you were looted and your time wasted, believe me they will do the rest thing for you...even your fees will be refunded.

now I don't think that consultant was listed and recognized one.......cos they really attend all the sessions of cic and cio through out the year, they know when and what forms are changed, they take classes and seminars to keep them updated with the system which is also the requirement of cic to keep them in good standing and up to date.

so always (if u r hiring then) hire an authorized and listed consultant, ask them about their id number which u can cross check with the cic website and there are other details about them on that website, otherwise people do these funny things and waste time and money.

I guess, if every other thing is perfect in your application , then i see no objection in adding dependant document at later stage when your application will at LVO before final decision.However i hope that you already filled details in IMM008 general application form. + Include one cover letter explaining your situation that why dont you able to add passport for your infant at this time.(if possible)

I am expecting to get point for adaptability. I have a sister who is Canadian PR holder. I will show her PR card, or birth certificate to prove our common parent but proof of residency is requiring so many documents---lease agreement, employer's letter, monthly bill, bank statement, recent notice of assessment from Canada revenue agency!
She have 2 very small kinds and she doesn't get to work outside, she gets child benefit though.
Other than bank statement and monthly bill if I show the document of child benefit she receives will that be enough?

It wil be ok...But try to include her Tax-Notice of assessment documents with this...

One more query to the experts.

I am applying for NOC 2131. In my experience letter, only two of the duties and responsibilities are written. But that matches (means similar) the duties as mentioned in HRSDC.
Is it sufficient or I should ask my employer to elaborate ?

Minimum 60-70% of your roles & responsibilities must match NOC on HRSDC website to qualify.
