I want my credentials to be assessed but confused about which service to choose. My University is not listed in WES. i have choice between CES or ICAS.

Can anybody guide which one is better ?
What is the processing time of ICAS now a days ?
Can anybody give an opinion about CES ? what is the processing time for CES ?

I want to raise one more point about NOC 1112. This year CIC has opened many NOCs in finance category. So I am sure that many applicants are trying to put their applications in another NOC instead of just NOC 1112. Many people who tried for NOC 1112 last year are considering applying in other finance NOCs. This may put less pressure on NOC 1112.

My app has reached CIC, it was signed for by J.Macdonald.

I was just browsing through the spreadsheet and I didn't come across any applicant whose app was signed by J.Macdonald but me.

Do I need to be worried about this?

I am going to apply for NOC 2133 in a few days. The problem is that my 2 month old daughter doesn't have a passport yet. We have applied for it a week back. Can I apply without her passport and furnish it whenever i get it or not?

ps: I have an acknowledgement letter from the passport authority stating that its under process

This is true. It relieves the stress by just a little bit knowing there are so many more NOC options to choose from this year, so that your particular NOC isn't being pressured (as much).

I think till mid of june is safe for hottest NOCs

last year NOC 2174 cap reached by 28 May-2013, so who are applying in this category make them hurry, no body knows when it will fill this year

Any one of the mentioned docs is fine.
Bank statement and monthly bill are enough. No need to show the child benefit doc as it is not even mentioned in the document checklist.

I am expecting to get point for adaptability. I have a sister who is Canadian PR holder. I will show her PR card, or birth certificate to prove our common parent but proof of residency is requiring so many documents---lease agreement, employer's letter, monthly bill, bank statement, recent notice of assessment from Canada revenue agency!
She have 2 very small kinds and she doesn't get to work outside, she gets child benefit though.
Other than bank statement and monthly bill if I show the document of child benefit she receives will that be enough?

You can go ahead with ack letter from passport authority , Once you got PER , then you can advise LVO about family member addition...before the final decision on your case alternatively go for tatkal...

I will advise you keep an eye in TinyURL 2014 , you might get better picture before CIO informs you...good luck
