Make sure, on generic form according to your statement your current NOC is 2173 and intended occupation is 2174. (educational detail section - question 3 and 4)

Schedule 3, for question 12(a), make sure your NOC code is 2174.

My application will be ready by end of may (If i scored in IELTS) or latest by end of june. I have a opition to apply under 2131-Civil engineers (My Self) and 3142-Physiotherapists (My Wife). All rest documents are ready.
Will these 2 occupation open by this time?

if u have, CSQ then yes u should put that in the application.

I have got only AOR not CSQ. So, not sure about that.
Do i still need to quote AOR and would that cause any problem?

It should be 21 brother...If u have only one Posts sec degree...

Its will be dependent by CIO...Although u can send a newer form with a cover letter mentioning DOB and PP number and the application received date....

....If u send a Bank draft then u may have chance to be overlooked...

Can u please share ur error?

Although payment errors (credit card) are considered as major.....

I wrote my name....date of photo taken and dob.

Yes, name, date of photo taken and dob is sufficient.

As per FSW13, u can be informed after 2 months in avg time calculation...

U will rcv an email containing ur app number and UCI...from CIC...
