HI,

Is there a webpage with all the Jargons in this entire episode of migration. Something which indicates the various steps. Step1 sending the docs to CIC Step2 Accepted so on and so forth. Will be really helpful to know all of this

Bank stamp with Bank Manager sign is must, however if it is on the letter head of bank then it is very best

Who said? There is no guidance on this by CIC as far as I know. I have provided statements and screen shots in some cases where statements weren't available. My lawyer who is very experienced and has a good track record said this was no problem.

At least I believe if there is any doubt CIC would ask for additional information or a bank certificate rather than reject, right?

bank statement or certificate is required because it is most important part of the file. Settlement funds is really more important.

Where is this requirement in the guide?

Read the Guide 7000 page carefully on CIC website, the excerpt from the page from Step 1: Gather documents:

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.
Who can certify copies?

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:

In Canada:

a commissioner of oaths (authority to certify varies by province and territory)
a notary public
a justice of the peace
Outside Canada:

a judge
a magistrate
a notary public
an officer of a court of justice
a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the person is living

Can you please tell what kind of problems you had in background form when you applied second time?

Regards
Amar
Kollins, which date u made mistake in background application. I made one mistake.
I applied in FSW13. Same form I kept now, in address part last time I mentioned OCT13 in my address.
Same filled form I applied this FSW14. Not edited to Till date, remains same OCT13.

As long as they are in English you don't have to certify all copies.

The most important thing is that there should be no gap in your date entry in the last 10yrs as stated in the instruction.
If you mentioned Oct,2013.......did you account for your activities from Nov,2013 till when you submit your application?if you didn't ....and you submitted this month .......it may be a source of concern.
Like i said.....it depends on the mood of the officer attending to your application.

Hi All

If I am not submitting Police Verification this time then how to mention it that I am not submitting it.

And is there any priority issue if I am not submitting Police Verification file with my application ?

Suggest Please.

I also have translations. They are certified. Do I need to sent the original document in German plus the translated copy or originals?

If you are not submitting then do not tick in document checklist for PCC.

With the address field it says list addresses where you lived. So my question is do I but my permanent address as it said on my ID or my mailing address where I resided?

Thank you

It's not mandatory ......but advisable according to cic instruction.
Draft a cover letter telling them that your PCC is under processing and that it will not be ready by the time you are sending your application.
Also make them understand that it will be available when requested as the processing of your application progresses.
Don't forget to date and sign the cover letter.

All the best.
