On June End I would have completed exactly 11 months in this position. Will it impact, since there is no way CIC will open the application before August

You have to click 1 year or more box to become eligible for the Intended NOC code. This is why I am suggesting you to club all your experiences under one NOC.

In India what will be will be elementary / primary school and secondary / high school education.

I guess best option 8 yrs(Class 1 to 8 ) for Primary and 4 years(Class 9 to 12) for secondary.

Below is the snapshot from Wikipedia

India
Standards (Grades) XI to XII are called as Higher Secondary School or Senior Secondary School or Junior college. Some states refer to Standards(Grades) IX and X as High School, while XI and XII are termed as Intermediate. Other states refer to VI, VII, VIII, IX and X (grades 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10) as Secondary school and XI and XII (grades 11 and 12) as Senior Secondary School or Higher Secondary School. Usually, students from ages 14 to 18 study in this section. These schools may be affiliated to national boards/ Councils like Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) or National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or various state boards.
Some states refer Primary School with grades 1, 2, 3 and 4, and Secondary School with grades 5 to 10. After senior secondary school, students go to university for higher studies.

For folks from India who have opted to pay via CC, please note the following

Recently the RBI made it mandatory for banks to
1. allow their customers to disable / enable international spends on credit / debit card i.e. all transactions which are not in Rupees
2. allow their customers to set a limit for international usage (e.g. if total credit card limit is Rs. 300000, one can set a limit for international usage from 0 to 300000)
(these measures were primarily to prevent / minimize fraudulent transactions).

So please ensure that you
a) enable international usage and
b) set a upper limit so that the application fees can be easily debited.

This can be done either by (i) logging on to netbanking (most banks should have this facility to enable / disable and set the limit) or (ii) calling customer call center and getting this done

Is the designation important (Assistant Manager) or the roles and responsibilities.

The thing is my roles and responsibilities are same for 3 years, but prior to 11 months I was at a designation mentioned as Team Leader.
Is a Team Leader applicable Managers designation for Human Resource Managers?

Also I have been in the same company for 6 years. My roles & responsibilities have mostly remained the same, however I have got 3 promotions which means 3 designations. Now my company will only give the letter stating only the current designation and stating the roles and responsiblities. How do I get roles and responsibilities for the previous years?

I am fsw 2014 NOC category applicant. I am in a dilemma now. My file reached CIO on 7th may 2014. My NOC is 2173 . after I missed opportunity in 2013 I contacted a lawyer in Canada via my relative to arrange an LMO for me to apply in fsw. The LMo is still under processing, hrsdc has asked employer to give tax information. The employer and lawyer asked me if at all I have file number for FSW , since I just applied I don't have file number yet. He says if we give file number then CIC will expedite our processing. But will NDVO also process my application faster if i inform that I Have LMO and need to start my work asap. Is it really possible or getting LMO would not impact my processing. I am spending 10k CAD to get LMO so don't want to make a bad choice and waste money.

Why is it costing so much for lmo and why are you the one paying it? Pm me if possible

You for promoted means your supervisors changed as well I presume?
Get it from them, for each of those positions.
And since you are in the same company, get one letter from the HR staying the term of the whole employment, number is hours and yearly salary.

Provide two photographs of yourself with your application.
Your photographs must comply with the specifications below. If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.
Photographs must be printed on quality photographic paper.
Specifications
The photographs must be identical and taken within the last six months. They may be either black and white or colour.
The photographs must be clear, well defined and taken against a plain white or light-coloured background.
If the photographs are digital, they must not be altered in any way.
Your face must be square to the camera with a neutral expression, neither frowning nor smiling, and with your mouth closed.
You may wear non-tinted prescription glasses as long as your eyes are clearly visible. Make sure that the frame does not cover any part of your eyes. Sunglasses are not acceptable.
A hairpiece or other cosmetic accessory is acceptable if it does not disguise your normal appearance.
If you must wear a head covering for religious reasons, make sure your full facial features are not obscured.
Photograph and head size specifications
Image described to the right

The frame size must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8″ x 1 3/4″).
The photographs must show the full front view of the head, with the face in the middle of the photograph, and include the top of the shoulders.
The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm (1 1/4″) and 36 mm (1 7/16″).
Crown means the top of the head or (if obscured by hair or a head covering) where the top of the head or skull would be if it could be seen.
If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.

Both are important mate. Go to NOC list and check it with Titles given for designations on HSRDC website..

Hi Seniors,

I require little assistance on this:

My application package was received by CIO on 8th May. I am changing my job in next 2 weeks. Should I inform CIC about it now or wait to receive PER and send details about new Job to local visa office?

Thanks in advance

Because people are paying for it. And it has high demand. But in coming times it will be less demanded as Express Entry is going to start. LMO approval timing is more then getting PR with FSWP.
