The below are my roles and responsibilities for the past 6 years. Do you think they anything here qualifies under HR Managers. I know it is a long list and I will remove most of it, just wanted to know if I misinterpreted my NOC of Human Resources Manager
• Facilitating training programs on Values/Branding at the Bank, Diversity and Inclusion, Performance Management, Powerpoint.
• Spearheaded learning sessions for L&LD teams in India, APAC and LATAM.
• Pan India SPOC to administer logistics/schedules of Leaders and participants for the Manager Development Program
• Exploring vendors to provide Budgeted and Cost saving training interventions for the organization
• Working with stakeholders on process improvements for the L&LD team
• Worked with stakeholders to explore and create Learning Center and internal training venues as per specification.
• Co-ordinating with stakeholders, LOBs, vendors to understand and mapping training needs, scheduling tech evaluation for Technical programs, rolling out calendar, garnering nominations and sending out communications (e.g. Java, Linux)
• Preparing training schedules for New Campus hires joining the Bank.
• Administrator for DISC and Belbin tool
• Navigating on myLearning to track nominations, generating reports, marking attendance.
• Incharge of training rooms and booking rooms for training workshops
• Event planning, management and execution of logistics for all training conferences
• Updating training calendar & sending communication to participants for Training workshops for Behavioural programs
• Vendor management for Leadership workshops-coordination, venue booking, pre-work, Purchase Orders
• Maintaining attendance and feedback for workshops
• Weekly reports to US team to report no of training hours completed in India.
• Main point of contact for queries relating to training workshops
