In this case, use additional page. Write at the top of page, Applicant name, Principal Applicant's Name, Name of the form.

Give heading: Name in Native Language

Section A:

Name in English and write the corresponding name in native language.

Section B:

Name in English and write the corresponding name in native language.

Section C:

Name in English and write the corresponding name in native language.

At the bottom of the page, give the applicant name, sign it and give the date.
 
Can I use my online bank statement as proof of funds?
Or should I ask the bank’s stamp?

You need the bank statement stamped to authenticate it.

Bank stamp with Bank Manager sign is must, however if it is on the letter head of bank then it is very best

Hi Bachar,
I suppose you're talking about the sortable/filterable view of FSW 2013 sheet, which also had numbering start from 1 (that's the only place where you can find/enable such numbering, as far as I know). Unfortunately, for now this functionality does not work properly in the New Google Sheets. Sorry.

In 2007 we got married and only in 2010 she cleared that backlog and completed her graduation. As you mention she is entitled for 21 points only, if we add this diploma will it be any changes in points and will they consider this post graduate diploma as this is not after her graduation. Although now she is pursuing MSC from distance but not completed yet. I am worried due to lack of points and getting ielts CLB 8 its quite difficult.

Well 22 and 28 months are the maximum time for processing..

What i have seen is people got PR after 8 months at VO ..

If all documents required are submitted in one shot.. and that too with accuracy and being the 1st amongst other applicants, definitely we can get it soon.

You can give multiple accounts, provide bank statement of your account in Qatar. Doesn't matter if its of 2 different dates if you have sufficient funds on same date.

e.g. if you have CAD 10,000 equivalent in PK account on 29th April
and CAD 5,000 equivalent in Qatar account on 29th April but your latest statement shows CAD 9,000 equivalent.

Use 15,000 CAD and explain in your cover letter that as you could not get statement of same day you opted for this logical approach.

I don't think Screen shoot along with remitance slip will be acceptable.

If you don't have account in Qatar, ask any of your friend/relative to approach branch manager. They can give them some reference/guarantee that your original bank statement request will come through courier but they process the request on scanned copy as its urgent.

Usually, they are co-operative. If nothing works.

Then remit the money and get Fixed Deposit Certificate and provide its copy rather than account statement.

I went on vacation to my home country for a month and after knowing that the FSWP will reopen on May 1, I requested an updated bank certificate on 29th April. I overlooked to verify the updates on the proof of funds and as you know the requirements has increased.

My problem is, I am now in Qatar and our funds is now marginal. If the dollar fluctuates, it may become insufficient. But the bank in my home country always need originals and in person to give certificates ( do not accepts scanned copy by mail). Is it acceptable If I remit money to our bank and show the screen shot of my accounts through my online banking? and attached my remittance slip?

According to the below para for getting 22, post-graduate diploma is required. I suggest, get it assessed by WES. If they assess as postgraduate diploma, you can claim 22 points.

You can atleast get a letter claiming that you are currently employed in infosys? Proof of employment types letter and give additional docs like offer letter, etc etc.
