Just give a cover letter and know them the source of converstion rate. You can use yahoo (http://finance.yahoo.com/currency-converter/)

I have a question... My bank says that they will give the certificate that shows my bank balance but they said they will not give it in CAD. They will only give it in INR. Should I write a cover letter explaining the conversion rate and my balance in CAD? or is there any other way?

cic knows the conversion rate, infact everyone does cos it is just a click away. the statement in your currency is okay.ensure you add a little extra to cater for exchange rate fluctuations.

I have a doubt on WES ECA process. On the website, they say applicant is supposed to send degree photocopy and university is supposed to send marksheets. Can I ask university to send degree as well? How did you send your docs, seperately or all(Degree and marksheets) together?

Follow the instruction as stated by WES,else they'd reject your application. You send the certificate(s) and let your educational institution(s) send the transcripts.

Besides, ur frnds are right,,,,After getting UCI u will inform ur local Visa office by submitting below docs:

2. Generic App form- Principal applicant
3. Schedule A - Background declaration -spouse
4. Additional Family info- Spouse
5. Supplementary -Travels- Principal applicant
6. Fee payment

1. Photo-6 copy with 5 copy written name
2. 550 CAD
3. Birth Certificate
4. Passport- Spouse
5. Marriage Certificate
6. Nikahnama (English ver)
7.Settlement fund ( CAD: $14,720 for two person)-Bank cert+Statement

Did you mean all education documents of spouse are also required ? But in previous discussions in the forum, it was said that they are not required.

After completing the form in English, get a print out. Now against each name you mentioned, write it in native language with a pen.

I am fsw 2014 NOC category applicant. I am in a dilemma now. My file reached CIO on 7th may 2014. My NOC is 2173 . after I missed opportunity in 2013 I contacted a lawyer in Canada via my relative to arrange an LMO for me to apply in fsw. The LMo is still under processing, hrsdc has asked employer to give tax information. The employer and lawyer asked me if at all I have file number for FSW , since I just applied I don't have file number yet. He says if we give file number then CIC will expedite our processing. But will NDVO also process my application faster if i inform that I Have LMO and need to start my work asap. Is it really possible or getting LMO would not impact my processing. I am spending 10k CAD to get LMO so don't want to make a bad choice and waste money.

Thanks Century as suggested i have changed on envelope 2174.

But, in Schedule 3, Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers form, in Page 3, i have mentioned according to current company NOC as 2173 and previous company NOC as 2174, but main category as 2174 . is this ok? since this is how my profile is in my company.
