Me and My wife live in Jordan for more than 2 years, i know i have to submit PCC for that, but i am back to
my home country (Pakistan) now, can anybody tells me how to get PCC from jordan and also please guide me if i can not arrange PCC from Jordan any covering letter can satisfy the VO or it must be submit otherwise my application will be rejected. Any Help will be highly appreciated.

You don't need to submit the PCC right now. When VO ask later on, you can then submit.

no need to submit two time just write in english and your native language in the same box. That's what I did, Seniors please comments!!

Bank may not be willing to do so.

Not necessary,you only state the CAD equivalent of the balance in Schedule 3 form.

After completing the form in English, get a print out. Now against each name you mentioned, write it in native language with a pen.

CAD$180 plus CAD 23.04(GST) total is CAD$203.04

No mate. Instruction has been given to write only a specefic category. Write only one that is relevant and you are applying.

I have attached self attested declaration affidavit for Job duties , as my company INFOSYS , doesnt provide the same , rest all documents are there to prove my employment , joining date roles , pay and all , have also mentioned in the affidavit that same can be confirmed with my company....please help will my application be accepted.....

Thanks Alot. You always help, but how can i get it as you know i am now in pakistan, covering letter is enough to satisfy VO that now i can not get the PCC. Or it must be submit later or earlier.

hey i just looked up the email i've received after my app was returned.. look what it says.. that's another reason they don't keep such a thorough record:
"Dear Sir/Madam:

Please be advised that your application was returned with all attachments on October 4, 2013. It was deemed incomplete. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.

Please note: the new Schedule 3 and original ECA were returned via regular mail on October 16, 2013.

We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Please note: all returned applications are sent via regular mail to the mailing address as entered on the application package. There is no tracking number. Once the application is mailed, its delivery is the responsibility of the postal service."

Did you get your documents back?
what was the reason for deemed incomplete.
Mine was also the same mail but till today i have not get back my documents. it is lost because the address thyey send was incomplete

Relax man,that is only to help CIC sort the applications into the different categories.It is not a problem.

NO man. You have to select and apply under one and only NOC. If you mention 2, there is very very high possiblity that your file will be rejected.

There will be only one intended occupation.

I have my ECA done by WES and I m on my way to submit my application this week.
I have one question. Do I need to attest my certificates and transcripts from the issuing institution (like that in WES) or is it sufficient to just notarised them through Notary Pulbic ?

Attesting certificates from the Office of Controller of Examination of the University takes 2-3 days.

Hi,

I have a doubt on WES ECA process. On the website, they say applicant is supposed to send degree photocopy and university is supposed to send marksheets. Can I ask university to send degree as well? How did you send your docs, seperately or all(Degree and marksheets) together?
