But there is a quote "If you were outside your country of nationality, indicate your status in that country"

Moreover, did you list your short (1 month or less) local vacations while working/studying?

Ah, I wrote "Visitor" when I was in Sydney... I did not include my other local vacations which all are just a month or less, otherwise, I will have multiline of records there since I traveled a lot in duration of weeks...

And imagine, it will somehow add a different connotation and confusion. I travel to Seoul in a week last October, 2012. If I put 201210 - 201210, and then before and after that, writing my work role again.. It will be somehow confusing and giving a wrong connotation to my only short travel. I believe that info is more after the longer duration of travels, especially for more than 6 months by which it requires PCC in that country.

So looks like i will have to go for Sep intake, because there is not point to wait for 1.5 to 2 years..
I can work part time by the time I study and look to keep CAD 10,000 filled up to the mark.

The visa office should not take so much time - 22 months :o

Mine is Singapore VO and it takes 28 months :'( :'( :'( :'(

My understanding about that is more like you. But someone in the forum just advised otherwise to list all foreign tours and all.

Well if you want, you can do that to. But I guess it will be confusing because everytime you put a vacation travel, you have to put a work entry before and after that vacation and so on... If I do that, I think I'll have 25 lines in my personal history. My interpretation is that, as an "Activity", work precedes vacation and it will be my priority activity if I have work, If I have none, then I have to list the primary activity again, which is vacation, studying, sought for employment etc...

I applied FSW 2013 in NOC 2174. But my application was received after the cap was reached. They sent my application back. I am applying for FSW 2014 this year inshaAllah.

I have a confusion while filling up the application forms for FSW 2014. In Form# IMM5669E (Schedule A), Question# 6d - "been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including CSQ or application to the PNP) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?"

Should I select YES as I my application was sent back because of cap fulfillment?

CIO attached a forwarding letter with my application for FSW 2013. Here is their comment "Your application was received after the maximum of 300 complete FSW applications per NOC 2174 was reached. Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, or evidence that you are a candidate under the PhD stream, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing."

Was this a refusal?

Please reply as soon as possible. I am almost ready to launch my application.

Thanks in advance.

Your work experience

a) Identify the primary occupation and corresponding four-digit NOC 2011 code that will be used to assess whether your application meets the minimum program requirements. Choose one occupation from the list you provide in your answer to 12b).

b) Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application. For each occupation:

identify the dates of employment,
write a description of your occupation,
include the appropriate NOC 2011 code,
check the box that corresponds to the number of years of continuous full-time or equivalent in continuous part-time experience, and
write a description of your main duties.
Note: List only occupations that fall in Skill Type 0, Skill Levels A or B of NOC 2011.

plz advice in 12b do ifill my designations or the occupation title from cic list

Education : 21 points
Experience : 9 points
Age: 30 years - 12 points
Adaptability: - 5 points

TOTAL : 47 Points

In IELTS, the total score should be minimum CLB 8 to get 20 points.

So 47 + 20 = 67 points

you need to check NO, since none of the reasons mentioned do not apply to you. it's been discusses previously in this forum. also, your answer is in the letter of explanation you've received from CIC - "...and your application is not eligible for processing..." therefore, you were not rejected, you simply weren't even processed. good luck with your app this year!

If your application reaches CIC before 9th july 2014 then no need to retake IELTS
