Admins working over time ;)

Hi guys :)
this is because I've changed the meaning of this column a bit. Yesterday it was counting all applications in the spreadsheet, and now it only counts applications which have been sent already. There are a lot of applications in the spreadsheet with a future sending date or with no sending date at all. I think it's more accurate not to count them.

Also, per a request made a few days ago, I've added estimates on this sheet, based on FSW 2013 statistics and some common sense guesses. According to the estimate, NOC 1112 is about 21% full, and NOC 2174 is about 18% full for now. Other NOCs have lower values.

If anyone has any questions or suggestions regarding this, feel free to ask :)

Thats nice to be more accurate.. You guys are doing a great job. Need to sit for a virtual beer sometime. 8) Cheers!

Hello
I have mailed the FSW application in NOC 2174 category to Canada, but I am having a query now. I have submitted the fee payment as a foreign bank draft and have not signed the payment form as it asked only for the sign of cardholder. Please let me know if this is would be considered as an incomplete application.
Also, is there any way to send the signed form again and amend it to the current application.

Does this spread sheet include all applicants in the WORLD !!!!!or it just those who are members of canadavisa ??? because it maybe misleading us ?

Your query is similar to I have for Form 3. Generally it is not accepted buy still you can try by sending a cover letter mentioning your details like passport no, DOB with explanation why it happened.

Is it ok to apply for FSW even though you have a pending QSW application but no AOR yet. Thank you

Sent application on 9th may iam very hopefull
NOC 0111

For your first question I think It is better to attach explantion letter that English is tranlation only. For query 2 they are taking long time due to heavy traffic. In my case they took 23 days after document receipt.

Thanks a lot for the reply. Looking at the response time from WES, not sure if able to make it within cap.
Please let me know if there is any specific format for explanation letter for translation part.

To show Work Experience what docs are required?I have some confusion & have below queries:

Experience letters from previous companies + Employment Contract will be sufficient?

1) Its mentioned that the letter must include period of employment, position title, main duties, total salary plus benefits and number of hours.

My employment contract contains these things:
Period of employment,
Position title,
Total salary
Benefits(allowances+bonus+air fare+medical)
Number of hours.

Only thing that's missing is main duties, What should i do now?
Do i still need a new experience letter containing all the above things OR just a letter in which my job duties are mentioned?

2) Secondly, I am afraid HR will not issue me a letter containing job duties in that case what should I do?

Please REPLY.

Thanks

The instruction guide says to sign the application in Step 3: Pay the fees section. Not sure if that is applicable for all the applicants or only for applicants using credit card.
Also, should I submit photographs of all family members even if they are not accompanying me and are not my dependents?

To be on safe side, I've signed all forms and sent photographs of my whole family.
