in education form. name of institution, can we write the name of university or just the name of school or college?

Also in our country there is no national id. we have citizenship card but it does not have expiry date, shold that be include in generi c form or simply say no for national id?

if my job title is not is not included in the sample tilte in NOC but similar job description, what should I write in the box as the OCCUPATION ?

My job title in my company or the one stated in NOC?

but it is for her while she fill her IMM5406 form as she is PA but while i am filling IMM5406 form i should be applicant otherwise it will be more confusing while filling father- mother name and other sections

A. Absolutely! It is a required document and your spouse should fill it. The form asks for “Applicant” and not “Principal Applicant“. Take care of it when filling the form. You, as a Principal applicant will write your name in “Applicant” Column and you will write your wife/husbands name in “Spouse” column.

Similarly, when your spouse is filling the form, he/she will write his/her name in the “Applicant” row & your name in the “Spouse“.

For both forms, you will write your kids details [if any], or will sign the declaration at the bottom of second section for no kids.

The last table will be filled separately by the two of you with your own siblings.

I faced all this, 1st time I used DHL inadvertently. Calling DHL is waste, But to quench ur anger u can call & bang them.
In their complaint box in website, paste the forum link shows we all won't use DHL henceforth.
If u ve sent on Monday it sd ve delivered b4 Friday.

Ur courier ll be delivered on Monday 2pm only.

I called NS, Canada customer care, but not seen any improvement.

Guys use only UPS or Fedex

UPS is much faster.

Actually, I was unemployed for total 6 months.

Out of those 6 months, I was employed for 2 months with a company XYZ and I showed myself as "UNEMPLOYED" for these 2 months as well because I did not have the reference letter.

Is that OK? Please confirm.

I recently came to know about the FSWP of Canada 2014. I am a software engineer(automation QA). I briefly went through theier process on the Canadian immigration website...and a few things that come to my mind are

1)Am I already too late for the process?

2)Can I apply individually or via a consultant like Y-Axis? asking for rs 80,000 +the mandatory fee for the VISA(around 1456 CAD)

3)ECA? Can I get it done through WES easily as an individual?

4)How to prepare for IELTS? and whats a good score?



and is there any timeline for submission of the application? and what if the sub-cap for software engineers and designers is already reached? if canadian authorities get more than the applications sub cap number, WOULD THERE BE A LOTTERY? and at what possible stages application could be rejected?

and will my fee be refunded in which of the possible cases of rejection?

@Aniruad85: There is no need to go to any consultant. Y Axis will offer you some discount which would be only valid for a week. They will call you several times and make you convince that they can give you a visa. But honestly it is first come first serve basis. Please read through the forums of last year where many people had many allegations against Y Axis.

You can do your WES alone. No need to catch hold of a consultant for that. Step 1. Register to WES. Step 2. Mail a photo copy of your degree certificate to WES. Step 3. Get your marksheet attested and tell your university to put it in a sealed envelop. You can mail it to them. Step 2 & 3 can be done in parallal.

IELTS - There are lot of online materials. You can go through them and appear for the exam. First of please take the date by visiting the website of british council. In the meantime you can prepare for your exam.

Please suggest what should I do? All other documents like SOP, Cover letter and Experience letters are showing less than 2 but more than 1. Please advise.

Is ECA report & all educational certificates for the accompanying spouse required to be submitted for FSWP ?

Also i want to know that if by mistake i have mentioned INDIA as visa office instead of New Delhi, will that be a problem??

As you have already entered the dates, hopefully it will not matter. Other applicants have reported minor typo mistakes to be corrected by them.

1) For my educational documents (Degree and secondary certificates) some portion is in Hindi...but then the translation for that portions is already done in English. For those docs also, should I require translation copies from certified translators.
2) My ECA status is shown as 'Documents received - review in progress', how long it further take to complete the evaluation?

Reagarding consultans in delhi or in india my personal advice i went to all. People think best three wwics, y axis, abinav outsousing. Last year in oct we came to know about fsw 2013. I went to wwics in oct 2013 . He said openings are still there in engg managers bcz cic website was showing 167. We started collecting documents in oct 2013 no passport of mine ad daughter, no marriage certificate, no ielts , no wes. Wwics totally misguided us. After 15 - 20 days cap is over. Wwics adviced me to show fake company experiences. They said pay us 12 lakh they arrange job in canada.totally misguidance only for taking money.... wwics fee 1lakh 75000 totally misguidance they said if u get 5.5 in one no problem 2 y axis starting fee of 1600 for checking point. Then they said canada is over apply austriala. They tried level best to convience no opening for canada will come so apply austrailia. If open also engg managers or engg catogery will nt come. 3 we went to abhinav nehru place. We met thier coo best they said they will nt help for arranging job in canada. Mine husband profile is good. Apply for its. They will take only geniune cases . They nevet big no for me i assistant professor ad use fake experience to apply. They directlt siad apply for husband his profile is good. For austraila they said wait for 1-2 yr u have relatives in canada so first try their ad if nt done then aftet 1-2 yr apply austraila. All staff fully experience
. Councellers working from last 10 plus yr . Person who is hadling canda cases have13 plus yr and not at all misguidance. They never called us to pay fee never their councellers called to pay fee. Fee is only 55000plus . So atlast i choice abhinav outsoucing. So we applied. Only little drawback i got their manpowe is little less. They hav too many files but only 3- 4 persons are working. No second thought they have 13 plus experience , no misguidance.but only thing for ur file u have to be active by ureself also. Which we did bcz they have lots of they work also up mid nights. Only bcz of this there are chances are human error. Other thingd far far better than othets
