Go though Beginning instructions on first page of Checklist

I have gone through the Checklist 1st page. it is said for non-english documents to be notarized. but not stated anything about those documents that are already in English and we are sending the photocopy (i.e. Educational certificates, transcripts, birth certificates, passports etc)

if anyone found any reference instruction other than this...please share.

Thank you. :D

Guys help...posted 2nd time

Seniors/ashif

In my wes I have included my masters so no problem here, but I have another another professional degree in finance for which i couldn't get transcripts.

So pls tell me:
1) whether should i include that degree in my file or not?
2) if i send this qualification will my app be considered incomplete or ineligible?

I don't want to leave this degree as it is highest qualification i got.

Yes, you can both apply separately. Treat each application as independent. You'll require 2 sets of documents, 1 for each application. In 1 Application, you'll be PA, in other, your wife will be.

But, why bother with two apps in first place? IF anyone of you have non-hot NOC, than go ahead with that.

Thank you Jigzy, but is it possible to apply with two different applications for husband and wife and claim points for each other on the adaptability part?

Letters must include all of the following information:
. the specific period of your employment with the company,
. the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position,
. your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
. your total annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
. the number of hours worked per week in each position.

From the format required above, Is the position different from job title (which should match with the CIC example title of NOC). Take for instance a phrase from the letter my supervisor helped me with (with company ........where he works as a member of the Investment Team and holds the position of Account Executive 1). The position here is meant like a salary level/grade. I hope CIC will not take this as my job title. While in the generic form I put investment officer as my current occupation and investment analyst as my intended occupation.

Please I need an urgent reply so that I can proceed on submission.

Title is not important. Important is the job description.

If I have a house on which I have taken a loan and Value of the home Rs. 24 lacs and loan on which is Rs. 20 lacs.

Do I need to show this in settlement funds?

I am showing CAD 15000 around in FD as a liquid funds.

But will they consider house mortgage as a liability without considering a home ownership as asset? or I need to show funds of home loan?

If you have not sent your file to WES yet, then let me tell you.

No need of transcripts.
Get photocopies of your mark sheet/s and get it stamped, signed and dated from the registrar of the conducting institute.
Fill in the form from WES website mentioning the reference no generated by paying fees to WES.
(This form has 2 sections, one to be filled by the Institute and signed too)

This is good enough, and I have done the same in Feb. I got my WES within 3 days..

Hi everyone,

A silly mistake on my behalf, but I forgot to fill in the names in my native language in the IMM5406 Family information form. My file has already been received and the CIO.

Can anyone suggest what can be done at this time? Could this mistake be a reason for a reject? Should I send the scanned copy via email along with sending the hard copy via post?

Any help would be great.

Don't worry. Once you receive your UCI send it by mentioning in cover letter that this is the updated form. I don't think there can be any issue on this.

No, unfortunately you can't show property. You may do that for PNPs, but not FSWP.

It's clearly stated that the funds should be ready to use.

HTH!

Don't worry that's not a big deal & it doesnt lead to rejection.
