I will get my original ielts copy on 1st week of june,
oher documents will be ready by 20th may.
i also have to take out some money from my account by 21st may, so thinking of getting balance certificate 1st then take that money.

It's OK. Just there will be one mismatch: you sign on 20th May (schedule 3) claiming IELTS been attached and provide the actual IELTS result on say 7th June. I don't think it will be a problem.

I just visited the spreadsheet FSW2014-Global Spreadsheet. It is better if the column headers do appear as we move down. In other words, let row panes be freezed since it will increase the readability.

I have requested for 2nd copy of IELTS.. i gave IELTS on march 2013. the original copy was lost

eductaion 10,12,btech 8 semester marksteets,degree photocopies notarized

offer,roles n resp letter ,form16,p60,sal slips for last 6 months - current company Notarized
Cover letter for PCC explaining that I will submit it later.

Yes you can apply under NOC 1212. No Mcom or CA degree required for that.

Accounts assistant is different than Assistant Accountant.

Let me know if you need any info for NOC 1212 (my friend applied as Assistant Accountant and I helped him with it). I also applied under NOC 1212

My suggestion is that you better apply under NOC-1111 (Financial Auditor and accountant). Those who are either financial auditors or those who are accountants such as chief accountant, Assistant Accountants, Dy. Chief Accountants fall under this NOC-1111. This NOC is cool now, at least as per our forum's spread sheet. Only very few i.e 5 applications were sent by this date. Even if presumet that our forum represents 1/5th of entire global applications (though it may be higher) the no. of applications under this category are only of about 25 nos... So safe zone.

I strongly feel that those who are applying under NOC-1112 (where heavy rush is seen), definately would have accountant's experience of 1 or 2 years in the past 10 years. So the file not being returned due to cap reaching is very high in NOC-1111, if you can apply in 40 to 60 days.

Above is my personal analysis.

You do not need to send Medical Certificates now.. You may take another medical test when local VO asks.

For Name difference you can make an affidavit with all required name of your wife..

I am following this thread closely this year after the announcement of new caps and excited to complete the application soon.. from Gurgaon, India

NOC - 2131
IELTS done - overall bands 8
Overall experience 10 years.. Last employer's work exp certificate received.. Current employer has denied giving such letter.
WES done - Masters & Bachelor both.. ECA received yesterday
PCC in progress

There are two questions where I need some senior's help. Ashif sir please comment.
1. Unknowingly, we have completed up front medical checks in month of April before the announcement of new caps. Will it be a problem ? Shall I cover the same in the cover letter for a clarification to VISA officer ?
2. My wife's name in my daughter's birth certificate contains only first name & last name whereas everywhere else (passport, marriage certificate, etc) it has first name, middle name (father's name) and last name. Do I need to get the name changed in daughter's birth certificate or should I mention as an alias name in forms ? Will this be a problem to VISA officer ?

Please please please respond soon as I need to complete & send application early next week.

I would like to correct you on this. People applying under NOC 1112 do not necessarily have accountant experience. I have done MBA and have experience as a portfolio manager for 3 years

Hi need advice,

I am living in malaysia, basically from india... i have all my bank accounts in India so DD and bank letters(for proof of fund) am showing from India. Now i have filled up forms signed and sent to india to my brother, he will enclose DD and bank letters in that package and send it to Nova Scotia from India. My question here is do i need to fill up Use of representative form?? because address for further communication i have given is of India my brother's house and package will be also shipped from India...

Plz help....
