Hey everyone,
I've gathered all opinions about row and column order in the spreadsheet (I hope I didn't miss anyone).
Here they are.

Rows:
obryan20, leave as is.
Achiever 99, same as FSW13, which, if I understood correctly, means leave as is, but also sort by Time Received in groups of apps with the same Application Status, NOC and Received Date.
june17th2174, if I understood correctly, the proposed order is very similar to FSW13 as well.
binuky, sort by Received Date and then by Received time.

It looks like we have a majority of people, who prefer the following sorting order: App Status, then NOC, then App.Received Date, then App.Received Time (it's how it's done in FSW13 as well).
I've implemented that missing part - sorting by Received Time when App.Status, NOC and Received Date are the same - so you can check it in the spreadsheet now.

For all those in a minority, there are sorting filter views, which allow to set different sorting order: Data->Filter Views
binuky, there's a "Sort by application received date and time" filter which does exactly what you've been asking for.
If someone has additional suggestions for filter views that might be useful for other people as well, please make a request here in the forums and I'll try to configure it. Just please keep in mind that amount of filter views is limited by the screen size, as the list does not scroll, which is a Google Spreadsheets bug.

Columns:
balars4, chronological order.
gs123, chronological order.
Wash an, chronological order.
obryan20, leave as is OR move Sent Date to the right of Days Since App Received; leave Receiving time as is OR move to the right of "Application Received".
Achiever 99, same as FSW13, which means leave as is, but freeze the following columns: Name, NOC, VO, App.Received, Days Since App Filed.

With columns it's a bit more difficult. I've honestly tried to put the columns in a chronological order, but it doesn't look good when you can't always see Application Received date and Days Since App.Received, so I've decided to settle down on the FSW13 order and to freeze the most important columns, so that they're always visible.
Please check the spreadsheet. It's really difficult to suit everyone, but I hope the FSW13 solution is proven enough to be used.

I've also added Days in Transit column, it was requested and it looks like it's helpful for some people

I want to share my exp with the university to get the transcripts. My university asked for so many confirmation before accepting my application. here are few points, better be prepared:

1. Transcripts photocopies
2. Letter from College (about the dates attended) or the provisional certificate copy or the character certificate from College (which clearly states your duration of degree)
3. WES reference number academic request form.
4. WES -> Account page copy (to prove that reference number is not just mentioned by the applicant and it is valid)

This may help before visiting your university. Your university may not ask all these documents but better be prepared for the worst.

Regarding courier service

UPS is best, specially it has best network in CANADA. They take only one day to deliver shipment ONCE it reaches CANADA while FedEx and DHL are taking 3-4 days. but do consider total shipment time

Well we are stuck with UPS sent the documents on 5/5/2014 and its still in TRANSIT first it was written in Tracking that it will be delivered by 8th may and now its written 13th may........ delivered from Pakistan, Karachi

A4 would be too large. You can cut A4 into two halves and send one in hindi and one in english

Yes, you are right. However, I have manage adhesive label from my office and print address one in English and one in native language.

A4 would be too large. You can cut A4 into half and send one in hindi and one in english

If your state head a Staples, you can just buy mailing labels

I went through WES. They will wait till they receive all transcripts from your school. So you might want to request your school to send them out ASAP.

From the look of the FSW 2014 spreadsheet, I think it will take at least 6-8 wks to fill NOC 1114. So do relax and gather all documents as best as you can. Good luck!

Thank u @canada1,ya I have been on them to send it,the promised it will be sent today thru DHL.All other docs are aleady set jst waiting for wes.But my fear is that of wes requesting for verification.do the do it to all applicants?cos I hv read some pples post about Wes sending verification to their sch.OMG

If your school sends an official transcript with sealed envelope, WES should not ask for anything else.

Dear Seniors ,

I would like to clarify once again the following

1,Should I sign the " Payment Form " if payment is done through Bank Draft ( DD in my case from Standard Chartered bank).

2, How much Canadian Dollars for applying ( 1 Main applicant + Spouse + 3 dependent Children ) ?

3, Will Birth certificate from Muncipality enough in the case of wife bone on 1980 . ( Muncipality birth certificate is not on a legal paper )

4 , Can I place her Passport copy itself as birth certificate which shows both parents as an additional documents if there is doubts regarding accepting Muncipality documents .

5. Which document to be submitted to show value to property in India ( like flat or land ) . ?

6. Can we shown our parental property which I have share ?

Once WES received documents from institutuin, within a few days they will send it back the scan copy to the institution through e-mail for confirmation - it applies for all FSW applicants.

Keep an eye on the tracking of WES; when they show Send For Verification, without killing any time, go to your educational institution for sending confirmation.

It woould be alright if i write the addresses by PEN instead of typing and printing
