Apply for a credential evaluation before your documents arrive. Without an application on file, WES cannot process your records or confirm that they have been received.

Lemme explain you the process.
First take a print out of Academic Records Request Form
Fill in the details, and take it to univ and request the concern authority, usually Registrar to sign it and
then get transcripts printed out ( I suggest you to take two set of copies as you require one in your main application).
make sure you get Univ envelopes to put transcripts in.
Now you have your transcripts and Academic Records Request Form with your details and signature as well as Registrar's
Now register online at http://www.wes.org/ca/fswp/ fill in all your details and make the payment necessary.
Than you will have a reference number which you need to put in Academic Records Request Form where you find this field
"WES Ref # (if applicable)". and then post it to address provided.
As you already paid your fee, when they receive you documents, they check for WES ref number entered
and link you documents to your account. They will send you an e-mail stating when your report will be finished by.
IF you selected international courier service ($80 extra) you will receive your courier mostly 3-4 working days after report is completed.
(As you asked, there is no need of sending 10th or intermediate mark sheets)
