Ok I was suggesting that if ur total asset is 20,000 cad and liabilities 5000 cad then ur Settlement fund can be 15000CAD

U can check sch 3 form at point 10...U will be cleared what i tried to mean...

i have sent my documents to WES on 26th Aprill, Documents received by WES on 29th April, got mail from WES about evaluation in process on 2nd May.
Thy have mentioned 12th may for my WES report completion. Availed express delivery service to deliver India.
god knows when i will get my hard copy of report. I am ready with my file only left with WES report.

any idea if thy have mentioned 12th may; any early completion possibility ?

DEAR seniors...furthermore i have one more doubt...as for the funds...i am filling my forms today...so i calculated according to todays exchange rate in the schedule 3 form...but wen d form reaches CIO...as d dollar rate keeps on fluctuating...will it make any difference...

U will calculate ur funds on the day u rcvd ur bank Certificate...

And if the rate increase so much then u may have to increase the Proof of fund coz local VO may seek updated POF on later phase....

I have one question regarding my NOC and job experience. Basically i have done my graduation and post graduation in chemistry. But currently i am working as human resources manager in my current job. and i am working in this position for the last 5 years. Can i apply under Noc Category 0112 Human resources manager? my duties are matched with NOC 2011.

Nope, Its a mandatory thing to have settlement fund as proof of fund...

In that case u may not show liabilities but this is not suggested and my suggestion is to increase ur balance....

And u will need to show the current remaining loans not the initial loan...

I am submitting ITR's (Income Tax Reports) as proofs of my work experience. Should I blacken out my TIN (Tax Identification Number)? I am asking this because on page 4 of the document checklist, it says to blacken out SIN (Social Insurance Number) to protect this information when submitting tax documents. Does this apply to only those who are in Canada or to everyone?

while preparing application for australia last year, I had a reference letter covering my first three years of working experience all the way till July last year..

Can I just send that across instead of getting a latest one stating all my work experience till present?

I think you can use it to complement your experience letter e.g. in my case work experience certificate has most of the requried info but not the SALARY, so i am using the tax certificate filed by my employer on my behalf, but can't say if you are referring to your self filled tax return as income tax report or in lieu of work experience letter.

Education: B.Pharm and M.Pharm
I am married and have Brother in Law in canada who have PR.
So I calculated 70 points which i can get.

I have confusion that, in FSW 2014 there are "product Manager-Marketing" (1123)
Duties: Perfectly Matched
Education qualification: They don't matched.

Plz Suggest me, can i get immigration? Should i apply?
