Nope, Its a mandatory thing to have settlement fund as proof of fund...

In that case u may not show liabilities but this is not suggested and my suggestion is to increase ur balance....

And u will need to show the current remaining loans not the initial loan...

If i open new bank account and show the all money as proof of fund...will it be ok so loan payment transaction will not be visible there in statement? Will CIC accept it if the account is created newly. ?

Education matters only in regulated jobs. 1123 is not regulated so no need to worry as long as you have a letter from your employer stating you job responsibilities

I want to know the procedure of adding information once the application is with CIO.
I would be sending my application next Monday (12/05). My contact address and job would change in june and my visa status would change once I get it. I am an Indian national currently working in the U.K. My visa would expire on May 15th and I am planning to renew it.

It will not matter as long as you have the required amount of previous experience in a NOC from list of 50.

3. It will be 10+2+4+2=18yrs
4.Do as u mentioned --"mention mother-tongue version in brackets next to English entries. This could make the form very very crowded. "

5. a. u can use compact words like : Engineering-ENGG, University-Univ
b. 2-3 weeks will be moderate/ok

Some minor clarification and then I am done

1. About the designation on Schedule 3 form, I make 2 entries - one per employer? Or single entry since both jobs had same designation and duties?
2. Filed of Study in fist 10 years of schooling? Blank?
3. Additional Family Information - There is no way I can enter name/address/DoB/PoB/status in English AND in Marathi in given form. Should I just attach another copy of the form which will have entries in Marathi?
4. Regarding making some entries like college name, employer name, addresses fit in general, can some forms be printed and some hand-filled?

My spouse had around 12 k Canadian in her account since some time now but we need to show around 15 k Canadian. She has had her share of money in her fathers account since a long time now and now we are planning to move it to her account to make it sufficient for us for the application. We both do not have any loans or savings accounts. We just have this money in current account.

Would this suffice as settlement find? do we need something more?

Hi All,

During filling forms for FSW, i can see a section in which we need to define assets, liabilities & POF. Below are my questions:

Assets:
1) I have a home for which I have paid 90% of payment. I am waiting for possession. Can i declare it as a asset?
2) If yes, original value of home is 42.5L INR out of which I have paid around 38.25L INR. So Shall i declare house value as 38.25L or 42.5?
3) Also, I we assess market value of my home has increased, so shall i need to declare original value or increased value as per market?
4) Also, amount I am going to show in Proof of Funds(POF) can also be included in Assets?

Liability:
5) For above home I have took loan of 23L out of which 18.75 has been disbursed, rest is pending. So i believe I need to show liability as per current situation as 18.75L - principal amount i have already paid.

Proof of funds:
6) As per information given we can show Fixed Deposit(FD) as proof of fund. So my question is do we need to declare it as per its value as original FD amount + interest or Original FD amount only.
7) Apart from FD and Liquid amount in account, can we show any other POF?


Cool Also, I have some liabilities, will it make any effect to my application. I mean because to liability, can my application be rejected as well?

thanks for your response. so basically, i transfer the remaining amount in her account and we get a certificate from bank that we have this much money in our currently, right? although am an accountant, i am not good at banking terms myself ! appreciate your feed back. 1+ for ya!
