KINDLY ADVICE

Hi,

Me and my wife is working, I am an insurance Agent and previously working as a securities agent and investment dealer (1113) and my wife is a Health Manager (0311), last month we applied in NOVA SCOTIA labor market demand option in which Health managers required in province without Job Offer. My wife was a principle applicant in Provincial Case.

Now Federal option is available and both categories 1113 and 0311 is available, I want to ask weather we again apply through Federal program?
Secondly, My wife got much more points then me as a principle applicant in initial online assessments and her Uncle is in Alberta which give us staight points, Is it allowed that Provincial application holder again apply in federal skill worker program?

My sister got her IELTS results today. I have noticed on this forum saying that one needs 6 in all Categories. Her results are below.
Is she outright in-eligible or does she get less points here. Please tell What would be the points here?.

Speaking: 5.5
Listening: 6.5
Writing: 6
Reading: 7

Nope. She is not having 6 in speaking so not eligible.

Dear All

My wife done her graduation in Dietetics and Nutrition and having 2 year experience, therefore I want her to be a principle applicant for canada immigration as my occupation dosen't fall in the current skilled worker list.

She didn't prepared yet for IELTS and not done ECA, this is a regulated profession and do she needs to do any other paper works and once we prepared everything the cap will reached? any ideas

I was trying to search people in this forum who applied for this NOC 3132 Dieticians and Nutritionist category but seems to be no one is here in this forum.

Any guidance in this matter is highly appreciated.

Dear Sameer, surely she can go ahead with IELTS and ECA. Even if this is regulated profession that is later part when you land in Canada. No restriction or extra papers required at this point.

This is not a high demand category. So you will make it in for cap.

Can I request Admins to organize the spreadsheet according to NOC. It just helps everyone to understand how many had applied, we can also track how many of the applications are reached. It just gives everyone an idea.

Please anybody advise related to 5620 fee payment form. I tried to fill the validity date of my credit card, which is 04/17, but it was not possible as the form allowed to fill only 4 and not 04. Was this happened to anyone else and was it possible to pay funds if the month was 4 instead of 04?

"WES just updated a horrible status!! They wrote Waiting for verification from institution in my status. How they will contact with the institution? If they contact via postal mail, it will take more than one month to reach the mail in Bangladesh from Canada. Please let me inform, how they may verified from institution? If they send by email, it will take less time than postal mail service."


I am applying FWS for 2014-15, I have similar status from WES atm...and sure, wot to do with.

I shall really appreciate, if you can enlight sumthg about it.
Do I have to contact University to ask them to provide verficiation for my Phd degree which is from UK, and I am rite now in India.

URGENT Attention Required!

Guys,

I sent my Courier Yesterday but I read in this thread only that for Birth Proof 10th Certificate wont do and we need to send the Municipal Birth Proof. (I am the Applicant's Spouse, my wife is main Applicant) We sent the Municipal Birth proof of my wife and my daughter but mine was nt trackable to sent the 10th Certificate. but today morning only I got the certificate and I have recalled my file from DHL, so that i can send my birth proof as well.

Now my questions:

1. Have I done it right by recalling my file back ?
2. I will be able to now send the courier only by 10th of May, what you guys think I will be in cap? NOC is 1112.

Looking at the list of people here, i think this time, 217*'s are wayyyy to hotter than 111*'s. the trend i think has changed or am i the only one dreaming here. ;D
