Subash. I think 180+85 is enough. $20 two envelop is for education purpose, WES will send to college / university

Thanks and +1 for you. A few questions:
While filling out WES online form it also says additional Cad.$ 34.45 for HST Tax
Now adding above amount ,Do I make a DD of 180+85+34.45+=299.45? And they do not accept GPO Box address for delivery then which address should I select?

Hello admin
By mistake I choose visa office CPP-O instead of CPC-O.
Is it a problem?
or They will consider as a typo error

A quick question - how long it will take for first communication from CIC? I believe its receiving PER? Any approx timings?

If you don't heard anything within 8-10 weeks, you can contact them.

For details, see below:

How to Contact the Centralized Intake Office
If you are a federal skilled worker, federal investor, Quebec-selected skilled worker, Canadian Experience Class or provincial nominee applicant and you have a request for case information, you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Centralized Intake Office.

You will not receive a reply to your email if:
•you have not already applied under one of the above categories
•you are not authorized to receive personal information
•you applied within the last 8 – 10 weeks
•your enquiry concerns any other topic.

Please do not send the same enquiry more than once. You can reach the CSU at CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry@cic.gc.ca.

Yes, you should.

Isn't it only the Settlement Funds that you are required to show evidence for? Do you have to show proof of the other assets and liabilities that you would have filled in at a and b?

The question might be silly. What if after application is accepted the primary applicant is dead!! Will the dependents still get pr

;D ;D Logically, no. Depedent's visa is dependent on principal applicant. It's a weired question. :o :o

If you take loan of CAD 20000, showed assets of CAD 20000, and also showed settlement fund of CAD 20000 - do you think it will work?

Other assets is not required but liability is something sensitive, it could limit your settlement fund; if you cite any liability, I beleive, it should be disclosed. Also, i think, all credit card users should show their liability and credit card statement, else VO might think you could hide something more. Just show you are transparent.

I am a DD user and showed zero liability. :P :P :P

Dear Brothers,

Writing again for your suggestions.

I am still confused whether to write the UCI number in the Generic Application form or not which I got from my previous application which was returned due to CAP fulfillment.

Please suggest if I print out two Generic Application form one with UCI no. and another without UCI no and attach a cover letter with it will these work.

Lol..am planning to send my app tomorrow..but this is the thing I am too worried about now.

Regarding proof of funds I am showing Fixed deposits in my and my spouse name. The total amount of fund is about 19,000 CAD. I am only showing this as settlement funds. Is it ok? I am showing a liability of 4,000 CAD and Assets of 50,000 CAD but am unable to provide any document. As the assets are mostly invested in golds and car. So please suggest if I only send the Fixed deposit related documents regarding proof of funding is ok or not.

Besides there is one more thing I attached a document which was translated and notarized last year. Will that be off any problem of attaching a last years notarized document.

Waiting for kind advice's in this regard.

Thanks a lot guys.

UCI No- sure, go ahead and quote it. It won't affect ur chances as ur app got rejected due to CAP fulfillment
Funds - CAD 19K is good. Just show documents for settlement funds and not required for Assets / Liabilities
Notary document - I would suggest that get it done afresh. Not sure if they'll accept a 1-yr old document

These are my suggestions. Get these verified!!

1. Write the UCI number you got last time.
2. Don't bother any liability. CIC can never know your liability amount.
3. only send the Fixed deposit related documents regarding proof of funding
4.Last year's notarized documnets will work for educational document, birth certificate, NID and other things that did not changed.

Thanks Century. The problem is I just have 2 months left on my work permit and need to hear from CIC before my work permit expires. Do you think I'll hear from them within 2 months? The earlier application I submitted was for FSW - Arranged employment category - which I submitted on 4th April 2014, and got email of rejection (I Didn't have proper work permit) on 28th April 2014, which was really quick - just 24 days...but not sure it'll be same for FSW for NOC category as well. Still keeping my fingers crossed!!

Guys,.

Anyone gumamit ng METROBANK CC? mag apply for FSW2014.

THanks ;)
