Yes, apparently they can charge your CC before the application review is completed. If rejected, you'll receive your money back!!

Thanks Kollins. Would it be possible to provide a general template for writing cover letter for a missing document? Whom to address? How to start?

There is no specialized template.
Just think of a heading.
E.g..tittle .........exclusion of pcc for Mr xxxx in the 2014 FSW application package(underlined).
Body of the letter.......
This is a cover letter explaining the exclusion of pcc for Mr xxxx application package currently been despatched.
The pcc application process in my part of the country will take about 4 weeks before it will be completed and as such will not be available to accompany my package that is scheduled for despatch on the 7th April,2014.
My pcc will be readily available on request as the processing of my package progress and will be sent as soon as it's requested.

Keep it short and straight to the point........I'm not saying this is a template but construct something towards this line.

They are delaying shipment.. Anybody else whose package is in transit. My package is just 450 km away from sydney NS in dieppe NB.But they have delayed the delivery by 1 day..

Please use other service like dhl , fedex.

Yes, I meant exactly what I said. I actually applied under FSW arranged employment category as I'm currently working in Canada. My application reached CIC on 4th April and my CC was charged on 25th April. And I got rejection email on April 28th (It got rejected as I didn't have LMO which is mandatory. I have post grad work permit which isn't valid for this). It says that the fees charged will be returned within 16-20 weeks.

Pre arranged employment issues i guess.....Soooooo sorry.

CIC only accepts as an entry-to-practice professional degree, those degrees issued in relation to an occupation listed at NOC Skill level A and for which licensing by a provincial regulatory body is required, in one of the following fields of study: Medicine, Veterinary Medicine; Dentistry; Podiatry; Optometry; Law; Chiropractic Medicine and Pharmacy.

Please Advise What are these Professional Education Degree for which 23 points are allotted under Education? Is it Engineering Degrees or something else?

Will accompany Principal applicant to Canada? Yes or No

My assumption since I could not find a detailed explanation is that I can apply for their visa, Irrespective of what you select to this question, since you already pay the fees for your dependants, the VO will issue the visa.

For my Spouse/dependant:
If I select "NO" what would this mean?
My ASSUMPTION: At the time of landing they may not accompany me to complete PR formalities.
If I select "YES" what would this mean?
My ASSUMPTION: At the time of landing they have to accompany me to complete PR formalities.

Please validate my assumptions... I am confused
