Yes, it will be considered. Apart from the PF statement signed and stamped by the relevant authority, get a letter from HR/relevant department how much has been accrued in your account, how much you can withdraw and what are the way you can withdraw, and how long it will take to draw the amount. The objective is to prove that your fund can be liquidated within a very short time.

Just note that generally employee can withdraw PF in two way: 1. at the time of leaving the job 2. if employee apply for membership to be stopped.

One more note. You pay slips and your salary details should also show PF amount.

2. I have downloaded PF statement prom the Employer Provident Fun Organisation, Govt. of . India, website showing its a system generated report hence signature is not required.. now from where should i get it signed and stamped.. ? m confused..

It is not about what you feel but what CIO feels!
CIO doesnt make reference to wikipedia links but to the directives given to them.
If they gave you 5points last year,its possible that same will be given to you this year since they follow the same principles and guidelines.
Maybe you can explore other factors to boost your points to 67 if possible.
By their evaluation,how many points did the the CIO give you as overall last time?

They gave me 53 point last year. I raised a query to WES as well about this factor last Friday & waiting for their reply.

1. Me and my boyfriend plan to get married right before we submit the application. We have been planning this for a while, but this immigration thing has pushed the timeline forward. Would they consider as fake marriage? or We should provide evidence regarding for this? (something like knowing each other for a while, or photos from past years etc.)

2. The principal applicant completed his bachelor in Canada, as shown in the checklist we only need to provide copies. Shall this copy (certificate and transcripts) be notarized?

Your questions seems ambiguous....as i dont understand it much.
Anyway....please check if your friend's(or parents) Job descriptions matches this "4214 Early childhood educators and assistants".
If it matches...you(they) are good to go.

One final comment, as you mentioned that one only needs to show experience for the jobs for which one is claiming points for, i understand that in Schedule 3 (only place where experience is mentioned for claiming points) i have provided the NOC code as 2171 for all the experiences including the 20 days experience as well. Since in this scenario, my overall experience is more that 6 years, i would get the required points for attaining 67 (assuming all other areas points are also counted), therefore not having the 20 days duties will not affect. Is this understanding correct Sir?

For the Schedule 3 form, when I searched I found it there in CIC and (MAY 2013) next to the name, so I used the one I filled last year.
After sending my application I found that inside the form the footer says (8-2013) and there is one different:
in 3b "ESDC" in the new form instead of "HRSDC" in the old form.

What should I do now? resend the whole package? or just this form explaining what happened?

Please advise as soon as possible as I already sent my application.

My copies of my certificates are attested on Date 27 June 2013. (the one I used for FSW 2013). But they were returned due to cap reach.
Can I use the same copies this time as well or need to attest a new one.

I am planning for applying as under 0911 , Please let me know the following details

1, IELTS score for me - L 7.0 , R 6.5 , W 6.0 , S 7 - Overall Band Score - 6.5 ; How points will i get ?

2, Which Province / Territory has more chance for category 0911 , which link i have to check before selecting the Region ?

3, Is Masters Degree needed for post as Manufacturing Manager 0911,

4, What are the main factors for selection of Region / Province ?

5, I have completed 35 years of age and have 7 years and 3 months experience in this same field . will that be enough for applying in NOC 0911.

6. any alternative for experience certificate since I cannot get the same from present employer for my last 7 years job due to various reasons .

6. Should we provide supporting document if we are member of any Volunteering organisation since i have visited Africa for an event and it need to be specified on by travel details.

No way It's still there, row 162. Though, just in case you're trying to edit it and your changes are not reflected in the spreadsheet for some reason, you can submit another entry. Just don't do it too often

Thanks for the list of rejection reasons as reported by actual applicants. But I find 2 of the reasons quite disturbing. If those are correct, then it is really frightening to know that CIC works without any sort of accountability; people get knocked out of the queue because of mistakes done by CIC people!

Here are the 2 reasons I filtered out from your list, showing hints that CIC could sometimes mistakenly reject people:

"Used old schedule 3 form, Birth Certificate copy & ECA report not submitted.(The user informed that the birth certificate copy was submitted & there in the returned doc set)"

"Reason- Photos were missing in application packet although applicant had sent it."

Yes you are eligible if you have master's degree or higher!

Should the Masters degree be equivalent to a Canadian Masters degree ( in ECA report) for being eligible to apply under NOC 4011.

For your case, it is not required. For my case, it is a private organisation - so than it is mandatory.
