The photo reqjirement says photos for all family members... so do I have to provide photos for my n husband's parents too ?? I see d checklist mentioned as photos reqd for all family members whether accompanying or not.. Please advise. Thanks.

I recently ordered a duplicate report from WES. I chose International Express, and my wes account says that it was sent out April 25, 2014. But no tracking number. I already emailed wes many times, but no response yet. How long does International Express take? Im in the Philippines by the way.

My family member want to apply for FSW 2014. On her passport, last name is not mentioned. Given name is mentioned there which includes two different words (name + Kaur). In all her documents she is using the same name. She is the main applicant and is married. Will the missing surname impact immigration process?

As far as I know just you and your husband. Unless they are going as well.

It means those who are included in application as dependent i.e. spouse or kids. So if your husband is accompanying you then just yours and your husbands photo.

It should reach you by now. Keep sending mails to WES, this usually happens. Ask them for the tracking number.

I have a minor who does not yet have a passport. It will take 3-6 weeks to get the passport and I will start the process tomorrow.
Can somebody please let me know if a birth certificate will do for the US citizen?
Also, are the photographs required to be sent with the application or can be done afterwards?
