Hi Friends,

I have made True Translation of my Birth certificate and it is notarized. I am also sending the photocopy of original birth certificate. Is it necessary to certify my photocopy of original Birth certificate.

Hi all, I'm working in Govt organization, as per their policy my employer cannot give job reference letters. What is the alternative for me to prove my job roles and responsibilities. I'm planning to apply under NOC 1114 other financial officers. What is the expected time for the cap to be filled.
Dear bro,

U can do as per below:

"Reference letters in the required format are necessary, please try your best to get them. If after all efforts you are unable to obtain a work reference letter, then you should provide a solemn declaration / affidavit explaining in detail why are you unable to do so. The officers at the VO are aware of the fact that different employers have different policies towards issuing such adhoc letters and may not cooperate in issuing such a letter. Please do attach all your employment records with the declaration. I was unable to obtain a work reference letter from one of my employers and did the same. However please bear in mind that the final decision rests with the visa officer handling your case."

And for any NOC u can assume atleast ---one month

Seniors,
Schedule 3 form, question 3d:
did your employer obtain a confirmation letter (labour market opinion) from employment and Social Development Canada?

I don't know should I choose NO or write N/A?

This seems an irrelevant question to me since there is no employer from Canada offer me a job.

Please advice, thanks!

I guess YES...U need to do that:

CIC tell:

"Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document."

Thank you my friend... I just hope a small name in that form doesn't lead to rejection... :(
Hoping for the best...

Yes it all depends on them! Best luck!

Finally sent the package to CIC today and hope every thing will go fine.

Got a DD from Thomas Cook and submitted it.

Sent the Package through Worldnet express... from India.

Dear All,

Today I couriered my deck via FedEx from Pune and will be reaching NS on 8th. I just hope I haven't missed anything major. However, the MAJOR weakness in my application is my responsibilities which are a copy/paste from CIC website. I just hope VO takes that thing easily and doesn't reject my application.

Thanks all for all the guidance. If you require any help from my side then please let me know.

Regards,
Monu

All the best . Which category?

Hello,
I have two questions.

1) Do I need to include passport copy of all (Mother, father, brother, spouse) as they are in family information list. Because my mother does not have passport, can I include Voter Id card for address proof?

2) My mother have birth certificate in Gujarati, I have done translation of that and it is notarized. Should I include photocopy of Gujarati Copy as well ?

Please help me with it!

Passport copies are only required for you, your spouse and dependent children. Parents'/Brother/Sister passport copies or any identity documents are not required.

Mother's birth certificate is not required. In any case, any document translation must contain these three documents:
(a) the English or French translation (I got it stamped by notary); and
(b) an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
(c) a certified copy of the original document.

All three things are important, otherwise they will not accept.

Can any one send me the format letter fro not submitting PCC now.

Please be fast

Just write a covering letter stating reason why you are not submitting it now.. And inform them will be ready to submit the PCC when requested in further process.

If Passport is not required, then how will they check whether we wrote correct birth date or address in additional family information?

Dear Seniors,

Will really need your help as I have got seriously stucked. I have got all applications and supporting documents ready for FSW2014 however before taking the final printout, not sure what to answer for question 7 (in General Application form) "Have you received your Certificate Qubec?".

I have applied for Qubec in July 2013 after my FSW 2013 got returned due to cap. Now I intend to mention about the Qubec application but the instructions guide for "Generic application" below mentions something which might lead to my FSW 2014 application getting rejected (God Forbid),

Note: You cannot apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program if you intend to reside in Quebec.

I earlier assumed that one can apply for both Qubec and FSW at the same time. Please suggest what should I do?

Dear Ashif / Seniors,

Will be really appreciative of your help and guidance please for the above query. Really worried.

Thanks a lot.
