Hello,
I have two questions.

1) Do I need to include passport copy of all (Mother, father, brother, spouse) as they are in family information list. Because my mother does not have passport, can I include Voter Id card for address proof?

2) My mother have birth certificate in Gujarati, I have done translation of that and it is notarized. Should I include photocopy of Gujarati Copy as well ?

Please help me with it!

Do we need to send offer letter,sal slip ,relieving letter ,form 16 for each company or just the ref letters?

If u have those then submit those...Its better to do so...

No you can't keep it blank. You need to write it pen(preferably black) after you take print of your form.

They might ask you for blank photo. I don't think they will reject it. Don't be tensed.

They may /will ask more photos on the later stage i believe..

In the application checklist with respect to Blood relative in Canada, we need to provide documents like lease agreements, utility bills, credit card invoices, bank statements, employment letters.

However, just wanted to clarify that my sister can provide any one document out the said list of poof of residency or all of them is required.

Also does she need to get it notarized in Canada and then courier it to me.?

Any one doc from her side would do, in my case I used my relative's Electricity bill. Did not get it notarised, their docs are well traceable so notarising is not reqd. Get a scan of her doc and take a print-out to attach with your appln. Dont waste time getting the docs couriered.

Not 100% sure about it. But as CIC says, You should send complete application and you can't risk to leave anything blank!

Bro,,

U dont need PP copy other than spouse and kids...So no need of Father/mother/sis...this is also applicable for Birth cert.

R u using ur mothers Birth cert for relative point claiming?

Then yes u should indcude a copy of that..

Since u dont have all the other doc...then it will be enough (as Doc checklist--any of the below..

And ur sister''s doc is not required as notarized...so dont waste ur money and time...Just scanned photocopy will be enough...

Today I couriered my deck via FedEx from Pune and will be reaching NS on 8th. I just hope I haven't missed anything major. However, the MAJOR weakness in my application is my responsibilities which are a copy/paste from CIC website. I just hope VO takes that thing easily and doesn't reject my application.
