Hello,
I have two questions.

1) Do I need to include passport copy of all (Mother, father, brother, spouse) as they are in family information list. Because my mother does not have passport, can I include Voter Id card for address proof?

2) My mother have birth certificate in Gujarati, I have done translation of that and it is notarized. Should I include photocopy of Gujarati Copy as well ?

Please help me with it!

Guys... Please suggest... I have my friend who sent his filr on 1st... He just realised he mentioned DOB on all the 6 photos... Whereas 1 should have been kept as blank... Any siggestion... Will they reject the file...?? Or can consider this small issue... ????

They might ask you for blank photo. I don't think they will reject it. Don't be tensed.

say i have worked in 4 companies for 1.5 year each totalling to 6 years.

if for one of the company roles n resp do not match as per cic...what will they do?

a) calculate points according to other companies?
b) return the application

Yes it will be from Jan 2015 and they will announce more details maybe in December. Keep checking their news

They will count point as per your recent experience matching the NOC mentioned

Dear Seniors,

Will really need your help as I have got seriously stucked. I have got all applications and supporting documents ready for FSW2014 however before taking the final printout, not sure what to answer for question 7 (in General Application form) "Have you received your Certificate Qubec?".

I have applied for Qubec in July 2013 after my FSW 2013 got returned due to cap. Now I intend to mention about the Qubec application but the instructions guide for "Generic application" below mentions something which might lead to my FSW 2014 application getting rejected (God Forbid),

Note: You cannot apply under the Federal Skilled Worker Program if you intend to reside in Quebec.

I earlier assumed that one can apply for both Qubec and FSW at the same time.Please suggest what should I do?

No you can't keep it blank. You need to write it with pen(preferably black) after you take print of your form.

Hello Ashif,

In the application checklist with respect to Blood relative in Canada, we need to provide documents like lease agreements, utility bills, credit card invoices, bank statements, employment letters.

However, just wanted to clarify that my sister can provide any one document out the said list of poof of residency or all of them is required.

Also does she need to get it notarized in Canada and then courier it to me.?
