Do you mean the IMM0008DEP? If you have more than five children, you should fill it and sign.

If you have 5 dependant or less, you must add them in Generic form itself. No need to fill and include Additional dependant form in this case. In Document check list you can write "N/A" for Additional Dependant form.

If you have more than five dependants then you must fill Additional dependant form.

They will not take 1000 from every NOC, just the first 25.5k applications. Some noc could have zero applications.

Guys any idea how much time it takes to reach wes report from canada to usa.

to elobrate,I am in india and have applied for wes using internal courier.

But now m thinking to save day by changing the address to USA as my sister lives there.

as soon as wes report will reach there she will place that in my package.wat do u think guys will it save time?

What should be the 'TO' date in the current country of residence in Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008)? I am not residing in my country of birth (India) and am on employment pass in Brunei.

I don't think the forms will change anymore for now. Just go ahead and courier.

I need your help in this regard.......I have to put that uni envelope in other envelope while sending to WES but do I need to put something on Uni envelope like Ref No or WES address or sender's name .... Just to Confirm:
I am working in the same company from the past 2 years but for first 8 months i was working as a an Assistant Financial Analyst (NOC 1112) - and currently from 1.4 years i am working as a Junior Financial Analyst (NOC 1112)after my promotion..
Planning to apply in 1112 as the primary NOC.
so in form 3. economic class shuld I write them in that way:

12.a. Junior Financial Analyst NOC 1112

12.b. 12.2012 - present Junior financial Analyst NOC 1112 1 year but less than 2 main duties:.....

04.2012 - 12.2012 Assistant Financial Analyst NOC 1112 Less than 1 year

Do not write anything on the sealed envelope. Just make a covering letter and the WES fee payment PAGE and courier it.
