Who is a Depandant?

Dependant:
A spouse, common-law partner or dependent child of a principal applicant.

Pls note that mother, father, brother & sister are not dependant as per CIC guidelines therefore should not be included as Dependants in Generic form.

I have a engineering degree which needs to be accessed.

So does it mean that it would be suffice if i submit the photo copy of the provisional certificate to WES ??

Also, is it mandatory that the provisional certificate needs to be attested ??

Schedule-3 Form Confusion Clarence

Say some one is holding the position as Service Engineer under NOC 2132 (Mech engineer).

He did another Job five years back with another NOC 2133 (Electrical Engg). He worked as Production Engineer. By this NOC experience he want to apply.

So for

Occupation : Production Engineer NOC : 2133

12 -b: Starting with your current occupation, list all of the occupations that you have had in the 10 years preceding the date of your application.

First occupation : Service Engineer NOC : 2132

Second Occupation : Production Engineer NOC : 2133

Here is the CIC guidelines for Schedule-3:

POLICE CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE

I am unable to submit my police clearance certificate for India with my application due to...............(the reason can be like you already applied for Pcc but still didn't receive it because of longer processing times, you are no longer residing in any particular country and you have provided all your docs to one of your friends residing there to obtain pcc for you, etc, etc)

I will submit it to my visa office when requested to do so by the visa office.

Thanks for help.... +1

I have a question regarding Schedule 3 (Economic Classes). My desire NOC is 0911, so, I type 0911 on 12a. Question is that my current occupation falls under 0015 not 0911. But my previous job does fall under 0911.

On 12b. I need to indicate my current job follow by my previous occupation. I'd like to ask that I should leave the NOC box blank or I need to put 0015 ? Then for follow with my desire NOC 0911. Your help is very much appreciated. Thanks.

Hello all,
You all are doing a fantastic job.
I am alsoapplying this year.

I lived in the united states for two yearsas a student before coming back to india.

I have got the pcc for india and have applied for the fbi clearance.

Can i send the indian pcc now and the fbi clearance later?
If yes, then should i check the pcc box in the checklist? And include a cover letter for fbi clearance.

I will be grareful for suggestions...

Thanks...

You will have check the box as you are sending Indian PCC, but regarding FBI clearance just attach a cover letter mentioning that you will update your file as soon as its available.
